Bad Customer Service I had been waiting since 2016 to have the Tekata airbags replaced in my E92 M3 car. In 2017 i also received notification of another recall on the he I had been waiting since 2016 to have the Tekata airbags replaced in my E92 M3 car. In 2017 i also received notification of another recall on the heater motor in the same car. I kept phoning Bavaria to keep abreast of when parts were available. In July 2018 when parts were finally aviailable and i made an appointment for Sept 10, 2018 . This date was the first date that Bavaria had a loaner vehicle to use. This was important because when i set up the appointment the service advisor indiated that the work would take longer than a day. When i checked into Bavaria on Sept 10 with my car , the service advisor told me that they did not have a loaner vehicle for me , They offered me no options other than to phone me if and when they had a loaner available and indicated that there were no cars because people were not returning them. I found the service advisors response unbelievable because people weren`t returning cars because the work wasn`t getting done on their cars and they needed the loaners due to not having their own car to use. They sent me away. No work done on my car. More

Great Service My wife and I went to look for BMW X6. As we entered Raiman promptly greeted us and led us in. He was very friendly and we never felt under pressure as he showed us the different X6 models. He was patient and gave us plenty of time to understand everything before making a decision. We test drove 2 models and we were very impressed with both. We finally settled on the brand new 35i model. He helped us at every step down to the colour and tires to match. The process of buying was seamless. When we picked up our new car Raiman spent a lot of time explaining the many sophisticated features and controls of this amazing machine. We left very happy. Raiman exceeded our expectations. This is a great dealership. I would recommend it to anyone. More
