Warranty work Chrysler 300S I recently had a defective oil filter housing/cooler replaced on my 2014 Chrysler 300 under warranty at Barrie Chrysler. I was very impressed that th I recently had a defective oil filter housing/cooler replaced on my 2014 Chrysler 300 under warranty at Barrie Chrysler. I was very impressed that they were able to fit me in with no appointment as I took the vehicle directly to the dealer immediately upon noticing it was leaking oil. They were able to perform the work the same day which was a relief as they were quite busy. Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed it was noted on the invoice by the tech that did the oil change that the bottom rear engine cover was missing. I sent Terri an email the very next day to see if she could look into locating the cover as I only have my vehicle serviced at this dealer and perhaps it had not been put back on the vehicle at a previous service. Long story short she advised her manager and they located a replacement cover and had me come in to have it installed. I am very happy that they resolved this issue in a courteous manner. Very knowledgeable a friendly staff throughout the dealership! Little bit of back story I use my vehicle for work and my old truck broke down and it wasn’t worth putting the money in it was a 2005! I was already off work for almost a week when we decided to buy a new truck. I went in Saturday about an hour before closing seen Steve Dunn we loved him from last time with previous car. Showed me a perfect truck the price was right so we went for it! Filled out credit information with Christine who is amazing approved by Monday at lunch unbelievably smooth and fast! This is the amazing part the truck I had bought when they were doing there 100 point inspection realized the truck had some issues and wanted to make sure I got a quality truck and they were not going to sell to me and Steve would find me another one! This is Tuesday morning deliver was set for Wednesday at 7. They new I needed it to get back to work! The problem was they didn’t have a truck in that price range. He had a model up ready to go was quite a bit more money! Then Scott the manager went up and beyond and we will forever be greatful to the whole team brought that truck down to original deal price! Truck was delivered Wednesday at 430pm unbelievable. I left in shock and I still am in shock whenever I see this bad boy! I never thought I would have a truck like this!
