We started our search for a new Honda Fit several months ago, specifically that sweet Milano Red one that we liked. Jason was at our service and kept us informed as to the status of our order. At one point it looked as though it wouldn’t happen due to the pandemic. However, that changed, and a few days ago we took possession of Ruby, and my, is she sweet or what. The whole buying experience with Jason and Udai was nothing but pleasant although we were disappointed with our trade-in valuation, and some of our wait times tested our patience levels a bit. Both the aforementioned people made us feel like we were the most important people in their lives at that moment, and that’s quite a skill.
