Service person was rude, they at one time wiped the dash down or gave the exterior a quick wash. I seem to be using Bannister in time crunch situations and every time they have accommodated without saying I needed an appointment. I really appreciate the service received from front agent Lauren. The staff are great at Bannister Honda. The products are the best. My service cost exactly what I was quoted. The only thing I didn't enjoy as much this time was the renovations. The waiting area was much nicer before the new renovations. The waiting room chairs don't face the TV and they are extremely uncomfortable. I realize this was probably Honda Canada's renovation requirements, but maybe you could pass it on to them that those chairs are not good even though they are "new style". Also thank you for fitting me in to your schedule on Monday as I couldn't come on our previously scheduled appointment on Tuesday. More

This is our 2nd CR-V we were pleased with it. After sales service was great. So when we were offered a newer even prettier version of the same car, and a deal we liked. We couldn't refuse. Plus everyone invo service was great. So when we were offered a newer even prettier version of the same car, and a deal we liked. We couldn't refuse. Plus everyone involved from Don, to Khoa and Shea, seemed as exited as we were about the purchase. Truly a delightful experience! We came in feeling like customers and left, feeling like friends. Sales staff was awesome. Only problem is with the detailing of vehicle - seems that a greasy film or spray is over windows, doors and other parts of vehicle . "I’m not sure who this came from, but I can not personalize my response. I will post a review on Dealerrater as well. I appreciate having Bannister Honda in my community and have always spoke highly of the sales and service department. On my recent visit for a service I was surprised again to see more staff turnover, I was greeted joyfully but they were unprepared with my paperwork, I was to be the first appointment that morning. After a number of questions and an attempt to upsell me (this has never happened in the past five years dealing with this service department) the paperwork was finally printed off for me to sign the vehicle in. I was then informed they would need the vehicle for 2hours, this is a first as well for a service. ( I have ran transportation departments for over 20 years and have never had a basic service needing 2hours in any shop. I thought okay because they will give it a quick wash and take their time and care doing it, so off I went for an hour and a half walk. When I returned I visited with the sales manager Don, who has always left a positive image with me of the dealership and met a couple other sales people. When we approached the 2hours I was asked by the service department again we noticed the air filter needs to be changed, that will cost .... and .... would you like to go ahead. (Another feeble attempt at upselling ) finally at 2.5 hours I notice my vehicle parked out in the parking lot, the screen on the TV said it was still in progress and over the almost 3 hours there it was the only one for the day that showed in progress. I was given my bill albeit one of the highest I’ve ever had in 5years here and off I went to my vehicle and it was not even washed. As I review this I feel it is unfair to publish to dealerrater as it does not reflect the essence of what I know your service department is capable of. I would like to here from a person and not a generic email address, you shouldn’t be sending and email that is made out to be personal and referring to contact me? Who is me?
