Fantastic service! Everyone was very friendly and respectful. I walked in looking for 1 vehicle,and ended up with a different one that suited me better. Very disappointing. I bought my car here and have always had excellent service. Today I was charged $150 when all I wanted was to have the belts checked. The tech checked several other parts which had all b had excellent service. Today I was charged $150 when all I wanted was to have the belts checked. The tech checked several other parts which had all been recently replaced anyways, and ended up unable to actually diagnose what he suspected the problem was as he didn't have the right tool. He was very helpful and apologetic at least. Service advisor was either not listening to what I wanted or just didn't understand after repeated explanations. In the past I have never been charged full pop when they couldn't diagnose a problem. Not sure why they can't hold on to good service advisors, but seems it's time to move elsewhere. More
