Realized we had a problem with our Pilot while driving. We were near Bannister Honda and without an appointment pulled into their business. I was helped immediately by Jack who checked out the issue that I We were near Bannister Honda and without an appointment pulled into their business. I was helped immediately by Jack who checked out the issue that I thought was the problem. That turned out not to be the issue so Jack took my vehicle into their shop and had them check the wheel balance on all the tires and located the issue. He was able to get me back on the road and on my trip with minimum delay and no appointment. This was one of the most positive automotive service experiences I have ever had.
