It was a very good experience. I was greeted as I was getting out of my car. The customer service was great. I didn't really know what I wanted and was shown many vehicles with great patience on Khoas pa getting out of my car. The customer service was great. Set up a time to drop off my car. They knew my car and why I was there from the moment I set foot in the dealership. Very friendly service with knowledgeable mechanic that I spoke to about my car and how why I was there from the moment I set foot in the dealership. He told me that he knew a lady in England that had the same model and year of car and it lasted 1,000,000 km. I believe it! I love my CR-V! More
Purchased 2014 Accord EX- L V6 from them new in 2013, been back many times for service and such. ALWAYS clean, friendly and eager to help. October 13th will be 7 year anniversary for this car. Always enjoyed visiting their shop, perhaps one of the CLEANEST service department areas and sales areas I've EVER seen, even my WIFE mentioned she thought they had the CLEANEST washroom in Vernon. I returned today because I purchased 4 new TOYO winter tires from them to install. I contacted FIVE tire outlets in my area, and they beat them all by $103. Staff very friendly, John at parts dept. very easy to help and got me what I wanted. This is the 3rd Honda I've owned, and would not hesitate to purchase another, most definitely from BANNISTER HONDA in Vernon. More
I was not happy regarding my last visit. I am used to better service, but you did not meet it this time. I have been bombarded with emails and phone calls from you to get us to take our car in for a better service, but you did not meet it this time. I have been bombarded with emails and phone calls from you to get us to take our car in for a check up. Even though we had not driven the car all summer long. But we thought the emails would go away by booking an appt. We tried phoning for an appt. this past Saturday, and was promised we would have someone book us when we phoned, waited for 20 minutes for someone to take our call but then our call was dropped. We waited until Monday to book an appt. instead. Booked it for 11 am Thursday After dropping off our car, my wife waited over 1 hour and 35 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take us home. Our car was left over night without us knowing that this needed to happen (even though our appt. was at 11am) and we then had to scramble to get a car for that evening. The next morning, after promises from the dealership that they would be on time for the shuttle back they made my wife wait another 40 minutes to get picked up after the time they promised. Also, I found the receipt to be very confusing, unsure what was done to my car, but very expensive for what I thought was needed. I would like a follow up to explain what was done, and also to explain if I need to return to get some kind of temporary hose replaced ? Which will no doubt cost me even more money. I realize COVID is slowing things down, and you are looking for money to roll through, but would have appreciated a bit more communication. I think that was my biggest disappointment. More
Not impressed. Made me feel they were doing me a service.Shuttle had to be called 3 times before driver came. Asked to have driver side mirror adjusted so that it does not tilt when backing up.Not d service.Shuttle had to be called 3 times before driver came.
