I took my car in for a oil change a hour early and they got it in early and done in 45 minutes. I got the same service and smiling faces as the day I purchased my car. Jack took time out of his busy day got it in early and done in 45 minutes. I got the same service and smiling faces as the day I purchased my car. Jack took time out of his busy day to go over some questions I had and came out to the car and showed me himself. By far the best dealership I have ever been too to get the same service as the day you buy your vehicle. I sent immediate feedback to your email after I got my truck back, but I have not received a response from anyone at your dealership. We pulled into Vernon, after travelling from Ontario to our new home in the Okanogan Valley, looking for a used AWD vehicle. The first dealership we came to was Bannister Honda and the sales rep we dealt w our new home in the Okanogan Valley, looking for a used AWD vehicle. The first dealership we came to was Bannister Honda and the sales rep we dealt with was Colin Hamilton. Colin was very attentive to what we said about what we were looking for and how we are planning to live here. He took us out to the lot to show us 3 cars that matched our needs. We actually bought the first one we took out for a test drive. Colin was the best sales person I have ever dealt with! He was pleasant, polite and not pushy. He made us feel valued and well cared for. The dealership is obviously committed to our health safety in this time of Covid. All of the staff we came into contact with at Bannister Honda were friendly, helpful and cheerful, eager to help us in more than just buying a car. They bent over backwards to make us feel welcomed to the area and give us ideas of things to do here. Even those who did not directly deal with us were obviously helpful and cheerful. We would definitely recommend Bannister Honda! More

I brought my car in to have my winter tires installed yesterday (Saturday October 24th, 2020). My appointment was for 10am and when I dropped it off I was informed that my car would not be ready until t yesterday (Saturday October 24th, 2020). My appointment was for 10am and when I dropped it off I was informed that my car would not be ready until the end of the day because there was only 1 technician working. I had also brought my mother's car in to have the tires retorqued because she had just had her tires changed last week. Patricia Weiss said that she would not be able to pull off the 1 technician to retorque my mother's tires. It seemed very inefficient to only have 1 technician working on a busy Saturday when it was known in advance that there was a full schedule. No explanation was offered for having only 1 technician in on a Saturday. I received a call from Patricia at 1:00pm telling me that they could not find my winter tires and wondering if I had forgotten that I had them at my house. Her tone was not at all apologetic or conciliatory. I informed her that I had my tires stored with Honda and that they WERE NOT at my house. She stated again that they could not find them and that the 1 technician on that day DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO KEEP LOOKING FOR THEM. I asked if they would be buying me new winter tires and rims and she said that she couldn't do anything for me and that it was up to her manager who wouldn't be in until Monday. I told her that I had just purchased brand new Pirelli winter tires from Bannister Honda last year and that I had the receipts to show that I had purchased them, and that they were in storage with Honda. She said that they would keep looking. I called Don the Sales Manager and he looked as well but could not find them. I received another call from Patricia at 2pm telling me that they still couldn't find my tires and that they couldn't do anything for me so I should come and pick my car up. Again, not apologetic or conciliatory. After picking up my car, Patricia phoned me again to ask if the winter tires were already on my car because the technician said that we have winter tires on our car. I told her that they were Nokians, not Pirellis and that they were not winter tires. She said no, they are winter tires, that's what the technician said. I was so angry at this point I didn't argue. I am beyond frustrated to have wasted my time like this and to have to come in again, since I purposely made this appointment on a Saturday because I work during the week. As well, I need my car to have winter tires because I will be driving to Kelowna next week but now have to change my plans. There are 7 Hondas in my family and we have always remained loyal to your dealership. I hope that I will experience the same level of service that I have received in the past and that you will rectify this situation. More
