Dropped my car off at honda, they called me 2 hours later and said they couldn't put my tires on because of shortage off staff. Was definitely a big inconvenience because the snow was going to fall that week and said they couldn't put my tires on because of shortage off staff. Have been a customer at this dealership for about 5 years now, and recently brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment after front shocks were replaced and new winter tires installed. The service advisor, Patricia was quick to book the appointment on the requested day and had the work completed within the specified time frame with the help of service manager Jack.
