My family and I have been going to Honda in Vernon for over 20+ years. We have bought many vehicles from Honda, but never been treated as I was. I had horrible customer service from the Service Departmen over 20+ years. We have bought many vehicles from Honda, but never been treated as I was. I had horrible customer service from the Service Department, until the service manager stepped in. I had spoken to Honda service department 3 different times to book an appointment, make sure my product was in stock or ordered and my proper vehicle information was updated. I had called to rebook my appointment to a day I would be driving thru Vernon, I let them know I was under time restraints and the advisor said it wasn't a problem, everything would be completed in 1.5 hours and my information was updated so they could get me in and out when I got there. When I arrived for my appointment my information wasn't updated and the lady at service desk was quite rude and said they couldn't complete my job in 1.5 hours, then went on to blame someone else and said she would have never said that. As well as blaming other people for not updating my information when I gave her names of who I spoke to. A manager came out and spoke to me and I explained the situation and he did everything he could to have my car done in the time I had and get me on my way. When I went to pay the service lady at the desk, she made a caddy comment to me that was unacceptable. She should have been apologizing on Honda's behalf as the service manager was. More

Dropped my car off at honda, they called me 2 hours later and said they couldn't put my tires on because of shortage off staff. Was definitely a big inconvenience because the snow was going to fall that week and said they couldn't put my tires on because of shortage off staff. She made it right by giving me a great deal and having my car done when she said it would be done. Thanks for turning my service experience into a good one. More

I just leased a 2020 CRV Sport from Bannister Honda and the customer experience was tremendous! Brought my Honda CRV in for servicing and only had to wait a brief time before it was all done. Covid friendly accommodations while I waited, staff was helpful. Have been a customer at this dealership for about 5 years now, and recently brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment after front shocks were replaced and new winter tires installed. The service advisor, P now, and recently brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment after front shocks were replaced and new winter tires installed. The service advisor, Patricia was quick to book the appointment on the requested day and had the work completed within the specified time frame with the help of service manager Jack. My vehicle now drives straight as an arrow when it was previously pulling to the right before the alignment. Great work team and many thanks! Always a pleasure. More
