I am replying back to your reply. we brought in our vehicles to trade-in the 2nd time, 4-5 weeks after the first time you have appraised them, Not several months. We were not trying to renegotiate the price, I came back considering the exact same deal we had 4 weeks earlier on a similar vehicle. So the 2nd vehicle, had 30,000 km more than the previous one, the price was almost $2,000 less, but you asked me to pay $9,000 more in total plus my trade ins (which was $9,000 more compared to the previous deal). so you are telling me the value of my already used vehicles dropped $9,000 in less than 2 months!? I am upset, because Nobody told me that this is happening. I drove all the way from North Vancouver to figure that out. That is called, Dishonesty! f you want to make it right, all I am asking is to give me the same deal that we had (even I am ok with a reasonable value change not $9,000) before on a high roof extended Ford Transit...
