dishonest! they did not honor the deal that they had with us. Made us drove all the way from the northshore to their dealership for nothing. I am replying back to your reply. we brought in our vehicles to trade-in the 2nd time, 4-5 weeks after the first time you have appraised them, Not several months. We were not trying to renegotiate the price, I came back considering the exact same deal we had 4 weeks earlier on a similar vehicle. So the 2nd vehicle, had 30,000 km more than the previous one, the price was almost $2,000 less, but you asked me to pay $9,000 more in total plus my trade ins (which was $9,000 more compared to the previous deal). so you are telling me the value of my already used vehicles dropped $9,000 in less than 2 months!? I am upset, because Nobody told me that this is happening. I drove all the way from North Vancouver to figure that out. That is called, Dishonesty! f you want to make it right, all I am asking is to give me the same deal that we had (even I am ok with a reasonable value change not $9,000) before on a high roof extended Ford Transit... The team worked together to get us a great deal and accommodated our needs to check out other cars at other places in order to make the best decision for our family. The car needed a slight fix before we took it home and they handled it great. Got the car fixed over the holiday weekend, delivered it to us at home, and filed it up with balloons for us (it was my birthday as well!). What a wonderful team.
