We dealt with him the first time and he was a big part of the decision to take our business to Budget Car Sales. The customer service of the organization was great. Sheldon in finance took care of us with a deal I could sign and James found us a care that fit our needs and limitations. Both of them were great to deal with. Straightforward and honest conversations, great customer service, the ability to gracefully deal with bumps (who uses cheques anymore?) set these two apart. Comfortable and Fun Experience Giving these guys 5 stars all around; from test driving, financing, insurance, honest conversations and just feeling really taken care of. As a young Giving these guys 5 stars all around; from test driving, financing, insurance, honest conversations and just feeling really taken care of. As a young and independent female, of course I had some concerns going into this experience buying a new vehicle on my own, given some unfortunate stereotypes that currently exist in our society (although these guys are changing the culture in my opinion). Brad helped me with my test drives and selection, Sheldon and Tim helped me with financing, Aaron was amazing with explaining the complicated structure and options with ICBC, especially for someone unfamiliar as I'm from Ontario. Shawn oversaw each step of the way. I was also impressed with their offering to provide me with valet service to and from the dealership since I didn't have a car yet. The valet drivers were really great to talk to too! As a person who is unfamiliar with most things regarding automobiles, everyone I dealt with here was really patient, easy to talk to, and actually fun. They helped me find a car that was perfect for me and my needs, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys!!!! More

Their cars are expensive and beware of Aaron Cho. I bought Toyota corolla 2017 LE Eco from them. The very next morning I found broken plastic part in the back trunk and after 4 days my pre-collision s I bought Toyota corolla 2017 LE Eco from them. The very next morning I found broken plastic part in the back trunk and after 4 days my pre-collision system stopped working. It's more than a month now those problems still exist. Secondly I an really unhappy with Aaron the insurance guy. He gave me $200 icbc insurance and $35 private car replacement insurance. So, $235 per month. I knew that he didn't work well. I went to my regular insurance agent and he provided me the better coverage. He just changed and mix and match some private companies. ICBC+ intact + Private insurance = $152 with tax. Aaron sold me just expensive insurance. So, Either he sold me that intentionally or he doesn't know his work and in both ways he is not healthy for customers. I had to pay extra service charge to my regular agent. I don't want to give any stars to Aaron. I have no complaints with sales persons or finance department. I found the car little expensive and sales persons little pushy though. I will definitely give more stars after getting solution for my problems. More
