Hands down THE BEST car purchase experience ! I really wanted to get a Jeep Cherokee for a couple of years now and was also looking to trade in my Chrysler 200 for a good price. BCS came recommend I really wanted to get a Jeep Cherokee for a couple of years now and was also looking to trade in my Chrysler 200 for a good price. BCS came recommended by a friend/colleague who had a great experience here and off I went to see what they could do for us. It was on a late Friday evening and I had my wife and my 5 month old pup with me and right off the bat, Brad made sure they were comfortable and warm in his office, as I worked with him in inspecting the car and went for a test drive. He was super patient throughout the process and at every step went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy with the service and the experience was a great one. Candace assisted us with the financial aspect of the deal and I could see that she did the best she could to make it work for both of us. At no point did I notice any pushy car salesperson cliche techniques or convincing and felt that the reins of decision making were in my hands at all times. We drove out at 9.30PM with the Jeep and ear to ear smiles on our faces. If this is not how your car buying experience was, then you went to a wrong place to buy your car.
