I came to look at a new Hyundai as I had seen the flyer from the mail. I really went to just look, because I didn't think I could possibly buy a new vehicle. I test drove the new Elantra and immediately from the mail. I really went to just look, because I didn't think I could possibly buy a new vehicle. I test drove the new Elantra and immediately fell in love with it. When I sat with Lucia and we went over the numbers, she said it was possible to buy the new Elantra! Wow, I was happy. Everything was explained to me and then was transferred to Rick who went over the different coverages I could have. I selected a few and all went well. I had my new car in two days. What a smooth awesome time from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming, pleasant, and very informative. I have never been treated with such good care in buying a car. I was out shopping for a new car. I went to multiple dealerships and when I visited AutoValue Hyundai I knew immediately that I had found the dealership in which I would conduct my business. Excellent communication with Ryan Perault. He promptly returned e-mails and was very thorough in answering all my questions prior to me coming in for a test drive. Ryan made the experience of purchasing returned e-mails and was very thorough in answering all my questions prior to me coming in for a test drive. Ryan made the experience of purchasing a new car very pleasant. After delivery, I noticed a small scratch. I immediately e-mailed Ryan and between the two of us we sorted out a time for me to bring the car in for the scratch to be repaired. Unfortunately the auto body people were unable to buff out the scratch. I went to talk to Matt Thompson, Sales Manager (Ryan was not there that day). Within 10 minutes Mr. Thompson and I worked out an alternative solution to the problem, and I left very happy. I was impressed with how quickly, and hassle free, solving this problem was. I had expected to have to talk to many people, and wait days, if not weeks, for resolution. Instead, Mr. Thompson asked, "what can we do to solve this", and it was done. I would not hesitate to recommend Autovalue Hyundai ! More

I went with my family and my children had only good things to say about how welcoming the staff was. Talking about their professionalism, Mike was very- very knowledgeable, he explained to me with patience all the gadgets this car has. he really knew what he was talking about. At the moment of negotiation I had a pleasant moment with Matt, he was very kind and at all times he made me feel he wants to offer a deal to me. Off course he started with a higher price. however he went back and forth until he could give me a very decent price.... I am not going to say how much..because everyone has their own work to do!! ... but it was a price that make me feel happy with my decision. they also received my old car for a very decent price..... the other Hyundai dealer close to my home treated my car as yunk and only offered to me a 5 th part of what Auto o value game me.. ... At the financial office with Gisele, we had such a wonderful moment she was not rushing at all. even though it was Saturday and the dealer was closing. for the day ... she took her time to explain their products and was very friendly. no pushing at all. I haven't had a contact with maintenance yet but the car was looking very good at the moment I picked it up. they gave me extra presents that i never asked for... and I am waiting for another surprise present ....... ;) I also want to thank the other staff, Joe, Joanne,Terry, Amelio and Jaqui O' for your kidness and smiles. I knew that I wanted a new Hyundai I was just waiting for the right price and financing. All of the Employees were helpful and friendly. After deciding on the car we wanted we were then turned over to Rick who took care of the financing paper work for us in a friendly and efficient manner. While waiting (they were busy that day) we decided to purchase an accessory item for our new car which the dealership installed at no labour cost to us. Also the 90 day free Sirius radio station only lasted several days but when I mentioned this to Terry he had it back up and running in less than an hour. The car also came with a full tank of gas (70liters) something that I've had in any other new car purchased. More
