I visited this dealership because I was looking for a new vehicle and was immediately paired up with a 2013 Elantra GL. Then, I contacted Mike Cernick at AutoValue Hyundai in Niagara Falls, and he offered me a deal that was at least $1000 lower than the lowest offer I've got from other dealers. It took me an hour and half to go to Niagara Falls, but it was totally worth my time. People at the dealership were very kind, and I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Amelio and his staff took great care of me and dealt with my dislike of a car i bought 4 months earlier. i bought a gen coupe and it just did not suit me and amelio took it back and exchanged it for a velost my dislike of a car i bought 4 months earlier. i bought a gen coupe and it just did not suit me and amelio took it back and exchanged it for a veloster. i now love the veloster as it suits me better...certainly i took a loss on the return of the gen coupe as it was four months old but it was important that i get the car i loved and was excited about which the veloster fills that criteria......finally this was totatily my fault for choosing the gen coupe in the first place as i saw it at the detroit auto show and fell in love with it (i thought) but never drove one....once again Amelio made it right and Ryan Perault was great at telling me more about the veloster than i knew.
