As one who's pretty protective of what's under the hood, I read some of the reviews and didn't think twice about calling them as seemed everybody was treated well. Tina was fantastic in setting everything up upon my arrival and going over all the details. Drive back home by John and the shuttle service provided was excellent. Not Happy with the Service Department Sent my 17 year old son in for an oil change and to change out the winter tires for summers. The bill was over $200. I see on the receipt their price for an oil change increased from $40 to $50. Tire change over went from $80 to $95. They told the 17 year old that 2 lights were out - which I don't think they were - only to have him drive away and now one of the headlights is out - hmmmm. I really feel they took advantage of having a young driver there that really doesn't know any different. When I called today to inquire the charges, I was asked "what difference does it make if we told you or your son about the price increases?" My response - because i would have walked away and went somewhere else. I know other places have a better price for oil changes and tire change overs. All I got was an "I'm sorry you feel that way". Won't be going back there again. It's too bad - I was really happy with my Sante Fe that I purchased from them - now I won't go back to the service department or any time in the future to get a new vehicle More

I have been servicing my car at the dealership and each time the ladies at the desk are extremely helpful and kind. The service for my car is always done within a specific time frame and I always get a call when it is finished. I have taken advantage of the shuttle service they offer so I can go about my life while they are working on my car. Overall, the ladies Tina, Sheri, Jane, are great and so are the gents who service my Elantra. Thank you for always taking care of me and my car! More
