Every time I have brought my car in for service, the staff is kind and actually listens to any concerns you may have. They care about their customers and do everything to satisfy you. It's nice taking your car for service knowing they are going to find ways to charge you just for the sake of making money :) I have dealt with both Jane and Karen in service in the past and they go above and beyond! I trust them and love dealing with them!!! Thank you ladies! More

Just an extra vehicle in the family to ride around town that’s economical on fuel. We ended up falling in love with 2014 Elantra GL. I’ve got to say, there’s no other store out there that allow you to get into a car like that, for $11,995. The Sales department was simply amazing to deal with, no pressure approach but all sales staff and management were extremely competient and competitively priced! Even though our vehicle was still under manufacturer warranty, my wife (who was learning standard, at the time.) blew the clutch in the vehicle. The Service and Sales department knew it wasn’t a warranty repair because it was self inflicted. They still ended up making the repair for us at NO CHARGE! I am absolutely convinced that there is no better place to shop for a new or pre owned vehicle than Auto Value Hyundai in Niagara Falls! Thanks again everyone! I’ll be sure to let everyone that I know, know about your store and service! More
