paint warranty My first visit to auto planet was awesome, they had a large selection of vehicles and the gentleman helping me pick out a vehicle was very pleasant. Once I completed the paper work to purchase the vehicle it was almost a month until they got back to me with all the paper work completed. I purchased the paint protection, and stone chip guard warranty for an extra $2000. the warranty is good up to 5 years. Not even 3 months later I notice paint bubbling and rust on my 2014 vehicle. I contacted Johnny wong who was dealing with the financial aspect the entire time. I was able to get a hold of his right away, and told him my concern. I then sent my pictures to him and he said he would take care of it and send the claim in. Its almost been 2 months and I have not heard a word. I've sent emails, phone calls and no one will get back to me regarding this issue. They seem so fast to hep you pick out a vehicle, but when it comes to any issues your having with the vehicle and warranties you've purchased from them, they are very unprofessional! More

I was surprised at the selection they had..especially the amount of manual cars which you usually never see in most dealerships. The staff was really nice and helpful. They didn't make you feel like you had to buy asap. They were very patient and understanding...even helped out with budgeting and making some sort of a deal. The sales people are nice too, they don't just strictly talk business but try to get to know you as well and make suggestions on the vehicles. Very knowledgeable. Finance managers are also patient and go through every detail of the financing process and warranties, etc. Any added costs were explained thoroughly so no surprises in the end. The specialist who brought my vehicle to me with the keys, X, was kind enough to tell me about all the features in the vehicle even though I didnt know where to begin on asking how they functon. X made sure he talked about the ins and outs of the car for a while before just letting us drive off. Great place overall! Just wish they had more frs's! More

False info about a vehicle Went to check a vehicle has surface rust all over engine, spoke to real dealer about this and they said it is not normal for vehicle to have this. Rims were also very damaged on edges. Auto planet didn't even want to do any price adjustments. Waste of time. They do even have any service records or used luxury vehicles. They just said it is from an auction. Oil in vehicle smelled old, I checked the dip stick. They waste people time. More

vey bad experience !!! NEVER EVER BUY vehicle from this cheat Auto Planet. I did a mistake by buying an SUV from this co. Within fifteen days (their so called 30 days w !!! NEVER EVER BUY vehicle from this cheat Auto Planet. I did a mistake by buying an SUV from this co. Within fifteen days (their so called 30 days warranty) my SUVs starts giving problem and I was asked by the Manager to take the vehicle to their authorized garage at their expenses. I did that and after half the work done, I was told by the garage owner,that Auto Planet manager refused to pay and I have to pay for the repairs, before leaving garage. I called A.P. Manager many times but he did not picked my call, having no other option, I payed the garage owner. After that I came to A.P. Manager he refused to refund any money and told me this do not covers under their warranty. Now I have no option but to sue this Auto Planet in court. More
