Unprofessional experience. They said they will give an appraisal for the car after checking. I booked an appointment and drove 57kms. The dealership assured me the vehicle was **fully serviced**, including transmission fluid change, engine oil change, and filter replacements. However, after a few months of driving, my car suddenly stopped due to a **transmission failure**. Upon getting multiple diagnostics from professional auto shops, I was informed that the **wrong transmission fluid** was used, causing severe damage. I provided these reports to the dealership, yet they refused to take responsibility. Instead, **they tried to make me trade the car or pay out of my own pocket for repairs**—a clear case of negligence and fraud. After wasting **countless hours and over 10 trips to the dealership**, I was forced to pay **$3,200+** for repairs. Even after they replaced the transmission, they initially installed the wrong type (push-to-start setup, which my car doesn’t have). After another long wait, they replaced it again, but the car still had **gear shifting issues** and drove terribly. It was obvious that **they hadn’t even test-driven the vehicle before delivering it back**. To make matters worse, when I inquired about a trade-in, they offered me a **shockingly low $12,500**, whereas multiple auto shops in the **GTA region valued my car at $15,000+**. They are clearly **taking advantage of customers** by undervaluing cars for their own profit. 🔴 **Major issues with Autoplanet:** - They **falsely claimed the car was fully serviced** when it wasn’t. - Used **wrong transmission fluid**, causing failure. - **Refused to take responsibility** and forced me to pay for repairs. - Provided **poor repair service**, delivering a car with ongoing issues. - **Tried to profit further** by lowballing my trade-in value. - Their **Carfax and service records are unreliable**—they repair cars but do not update Carfax, meaning you **can’t trust the service history**. They gave loner car after two days, however, the loner car also started to make noise and I had to return and request another one. When I go there they act like nothing happened. I wasted my time and money for Uber, tow truck, ect… !!!Battery was gone during the time they kept my car for engine swap and they said it happened bcoz i haven’t driven car enough to battery to be healthy (bullish*** right) They made me paid for new battery 🔋! At then again front wheel clicking sound came had to replace both front cv axle n joint. 2023 I have purchased my vehicle from this place. Before even one year passed not even i have driven the car 25000km all these happened. Up on purchasing they said car still got company warranty but the car manufacturer warranty was revoked due to lack of maintenance of the engine by previous owner. However, management never even come and talk if i want to change the vehicle or show some empathy not at all. Recently again I had checked engine sign n cost me 500 cad to fix it by them only they still charge me car diagnostic fee. even though i have been going through this much bcz this car not even car was driven 25000km What I believe is one thing! They'll make up a reason why and add it to your deal that you do not receive it. They ask for more than the website about for "holding" the vehicle which is supposed to be refundable but 3 months I'm still being told they're checking but then they never get back to you. They'll lie and say you spoke about things and add it without your knowledge to the finance deal. If you don't catch everything they do before it's signed good luck. They'll say they're warranty package is not optional but warranty company says that's untrue and they allow you to cancel it. If you say you didn't want autoplanets warranty they'll say it's too late. It's installed and removing it will void your warranty More
