Horrible sales and after sales service. It took them over a month to deliver the car as they kept on saying that its being ready. The sales manager who promised no longer works there and everyone i speak to doesnt seem to care. Be very aware, after sale service pretty much non existent. Am surprised at these ratings, it seems the ratings here are all fake and made up. More

Worst ever customer service provided by Mr. Sudhakar (General Manager). They just deal with their clients until a sale is completed. They are least accountable post sales. I purchased a car in October 2022 and the speedometer is not working, took the car after 2 days and they checked it out. I'm getting the run around and they keep saying the parts are delayed. Bought a vehicle and it took 8 days to take delivery. Was promised all dents and dings would be taken out and it would be "like new". Then they say their 5 day/750km guarantee 'does not apply' to higher end vehicles??!!? Way too many employees wandering around this place to be an honest business. Very shady! What should have taken 8 hours ended up being a 14 hour day. Will not be returning for another vehicle. More

Loan approve that day but they sold that car to other coustomer in one day don't know how.... I have 4 hit then I have to look for a new car then they said that the car is not approved without 10,000 down payment , but when we said to cancel thw deal then tgey approved it on 4,500$ The lady of my finance dealership they have a 7 years experience as she said I think she said that she had 7 year of experience but not of selling cars she has experience of Making people fool her name is prabh dhaliwal Also when we take the delivery of my car she was very rude with us .
