Their certification for your vahacle is not true they will not fix any of your problem and they try to sell you every coverage in the book that are of no use to you. Once I completed the paper work to purchase the vehicle it was almost a month until they got back to me with all the paper work completed. I purchased the paint protection, and stone chip guard warranty for an extra $2000. the warranty is good up to 5 years. Not even 3 months later I notice paint bubbling and rust on my 2014 vehicle. I contacted Johnny wong who was dealing with the financial aspect the entire time. I was able to get a hold of his right away, and told him my concern. I then sent my pictures to him and he said he would take care of it and send the claim in. Its almost been 2 months and I have not heard a word. I've sent emails, phone calls and no one will get back to me regarding this issue. They seem so fast to hep you pick out a vehicle, but when it comes to any issues your having with the vehicle and warranties you've purchased from them, they are very unprofessional! More
