Only recommend since typically good experiences Painful, the deal with Alex was great, however I had to drive the process to get the car. If I wasn't experienced, would not have known about a lot of the little details. E-Mails unanswered, original VIN provided was wrong, had to drive back to get correct VIN. He was able to match the best offer I had elsewhere for the Audi A4 and gave me a fully informed and lengthy test drive. The only issue I had was that I was hoping to get the 2017 Audi A4 at a certain price and it was in the process of being secured when the deal fell through and I had to get the 2018 A4 instead at a much higher price.
