The only issue I had was that I was hoping to get the 2017 Audi A4 at a certain price and it was in the process of being secured when the deal fell through and I had to get the 2018 A4 instead at a much higher price. Great After having spent considerable time looking to purchase a new SUV at different car maker dealerships, the 2018 Audi Q5 was the one that had the looks After having spent considerable time looking to purchase a new SUV at different car maker dealerships, the 2018 Audi Q5 was the one that had the looks and features that appealed to us the most. Audi's sales person Govind Basi was knowledgeable, took the time to explain this purchase/trade-in and we felt there was no pressure in consummating our deal. When we picked up the car a couple of weeks ago, Kaileigh (Specialist) spent much time with us to familiarize ourselves with all the intricacies of this new vehicle. The ordeal of the whole diesel scandal and subsequent class action lawsuit was fresh in my mind. In fact, I had just dropped off my TDI and my wife came by to pick me up. I had dealt with this dealership a long time ago ( re 2002 A4) and never had any bad experiences, even as the A4 got older and cranky. Anyway, long story short, I gave Audi of Mississauga a chance and they took. Excellent right from the first contact to the completion of the final deal. It helps to have a great product, but the service is ( in my opinion ) where this dealership shines. I can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with everyone at the dealership. Service Consultant not Customer Service oriented at all While we appreciate that our car was returned before a wedding event, we ended up buying another car seat since Audi cannot confirm a definitive date While we appreciate that our car was returned before a wedding event, we ended up buying another car seat since Audi cannot confirm a definitive date as to when our car is going to be fixed. In addition to that, this service consultant Tiffany Howe made me feel like a pest calling all the time asking for an update. First of all, it is my car and i will call whenever i feel like it. I received an annoying call from her asking about details on a voice message i left to service where i was asking when that "tool" audi is waiting for to do the 2nd adaptive road rest came in. She said that i left her a message and i said something that made her feel she isnt providing me an update and that she isnt doing her job and she wanted to clarify if there is a confusion. In short she is complaining at me for leaving a mssg. Id like to clarify that i left several mssgs to SERVICE that night and no one was returning my call on that particular night and day until this guy Adi Ng called and i was asking abt the tool because we needed to know if we have to buy another car seat which we ended up doing anyways (and i think Audi should be paying me) since the wedding event is saturday and its already thursday and audi is not sure if my car can be returned. Ive never had any issues with Andrea or Brandie in the past. I do not think Tiffany has an idea what customer service excellence means and i would never want to deal with this person again! More
