They did a fantastic job on my Q7. My Q7 had a serious problem of noise at the rear end. I had assumed that it was a manufacturing defect and will give back the car as soon as the lease My Q7 had a serious problem of noise at the rear end. I had assumed that it was a manufacturing defect and will give back the car as soon as the lease is over. On a whim I took the vehicle to their service centre, Adi Ng, their service consultant was very helpful and immediately requested Joseph, their service Foreman, to take a test drive. Joseph was immediately able to pin point the problem. The noise was from a defective sun roof mounting frame. They booked my car in, went beyond those repairs by also changing a sun roof motor, all under warranty. It is an unbelievable pleasure to drive this vehicle now. It is brand new. Thank you guys.
