Impeccable, honest service from Oz & Haroon! After visiting another Audi dealership, I returned to Oz at Bramgate feeling defeated and discouraged over purchasing a new Q5 but he made it happen s After visiting another Audi dealership, I returned to Oz at Bramgate feeling defeated and discouraged over purchasing a new Q5 but he made it happen so that we were both happy! He was so honest and professional proving the other dealership wrong with their ‘not possibles’. The entire process was made as stress free as possible with Oz’s constant accessibility and his knowledge of the product I wanted. When it came time to see Haroon, I was prepared for the usual pushy tactics that most car dealership business managers use but that was not the case at all. He took his time to explain everything to ensure that I understood and while he did review all available options, it was done so in such a respectful manner. I will def be referring family and friends in the Audi market to this dealership to ask for Oz! More

Smooth process I recently leased a 2018 Audi A4 and worked with Govind Basi through the process. I had originally intended to purchase a used Audi and he is informative selling approach had me rethink my reasoning. Govind has a relaxed style that makes him likeable and gets you to sign on the dotted line. As someone who works in negotiation and high-value transactions myself, I understood his tactics but still felt convinced we both won something in the negotiation. I also worked with Kaleigh when I picked up my car. Her explanation of the car's features was friendly and professional. I will recommend this dealership to others. More
