Best dealership team of the year Me and my partner were in the process of looking for a car, and we have visited other dealership from other brands, and we were struggling in our deci Me and my partner were in the process of looking for a car, and we have visited other dealership from other brands, and we were struggling in our decision. Finally, we get down to Audi of Mississauga, where we received a warm welcome with coffee and water. We walked in with no appointment, and the dealership was quite busy on a regular day. Not even 10 minutes wait, and we were able to speak to an agent, Mr. Govind Basi, who was great from the beginning to the end. He really tried to meet our needs from a car perspective, to a financial point of view. I have researched the car that I had in mind, (an S3), and done my homework in terms of finance. Not only Govind was able to present me with a better car option (S4), but he was also able to meet me halfway financially by helping me in the critical Odyssey of choosing between lease or finance, with pinpointed and practical questions that helped me understand what is best for me, in a completely unbiased way, and pressure-free environment. 3 days forward, I am loving my car, I get complete support, and Govind followed up the next day to see how we were liking our new S4! Kudos to the whole team, and special thanks to Govind, Ankit Patel (best finance jokes and travelling stories), and Kaileigh, who patiently set us up with the main features of the car. What sets apart a dealership from another, is 50% about the car, and 50% about the people. He was so honest and professional proving the other dealership wrong with their ‘not possibles’. The entire process was made as stress free as possible with Oz’s constant accessibility and his knowledge of the product I wanted. When it came time to see Haroon, I was prepared for the usual pushy tactics that most car dealership business managers use but that was not the case at all. He took his time to explain everything to ensure that I understood and while he did review all available options, it was done so in such a respectful manner.
