My intention was to pruchase a CPO Audi model and I was dead set against leasing a new 2013 model. Luigi took the time to understand what model I was interested in, and the reasons why. He asked when I was available to meet with him and visit the dealership. Upon our intial contact, he had followup to thank me for contacting him, and sent me information on the used models I was looking for, along with a time to connect and discuss. He called me to confirm our appointment for the following saturday, to which I appreciated, and found very professional. Once we met, we discussed the models I was internested in, along with ideal pricing. We took out the used model i was interested in, and throughout the drive suggested that I look at the numbers to lease a new vehicle. We sat down and we discussed what features I wanted, my ideal budget, and a fair trade-in value for my current Audi. What made me most appreciate Luigi is that he was patient with my decisions and never made me feel rushed. Together we developed a mutally agreeable deals that addressed my needs and wants for a new A4. We submitted our deal that was accepted, and he continued to followup and keep me informed about the process and status of the deal and when the car would be ready. That following Saturday I picked up a brand new Audi and it was a very smooth and confortable experience with both Luigi and the Audi of Mississauga service.. Luigi even followed up with my later that day to thank me again for my business. Then the following Monday, Luigi called me again to see how I enjoyed the car, and if I had any question to reach out to him, This has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend Luigi to anyone looking to buy a car, but preferrable an Audi! I went to Audi of Mississauga to buy a new A4 from an experienced sales man who could answer all my questions and treat me with respect and respect my time by not playing games or dragging out the car bu experienced sales man who could answer all my questions and treat me with respect and respect my time by not playing games or dragging out the car buying process with a lot of run around. Ken Duncan fit that requirement perfectly and I was happy to work with him. He was straight forward and transparent through the negotiations and offered me a fair value for my trade in vehicle. When it came time to take delivery he ensured my car was ready quickly even though a recent snow storm had backed-up the dealership and the local licencing office had been closed for a day. I'd happily recommend Ken! More

My review is based on the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle was not an Audi, it was a BMW. After noticing the vehicle online, I decided to stop in to view the car one evening. from this dealership. The vehicle was not an Audi, it was a BMW. After noticing the vehicle online, I decided to stop in to view the car one evening. When I was given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, I quickly noticed a tire pressure light was on. Assuming it could be a small sensor replacement issue or maybe low tire pressure, I thought nothing of it. When I asked Alexey about the tire sensor, I was told it was probably low tire pressure and if the vehicle was sold - it would be corrected under the safety inspection. I bought the vehicle the same night. When I inquired about delivery of the vehicle, I was instructed it would be within 48hrs. The delivery of the vehicle was delayed due to the car not being able to be detailed and needed to be safety inspected. I figured this was a reasonable response and I waited for the pick up. This process was delayed to the point, where I phoned Alexey questioning the delay and emphasized concerns over the safety inspection. My concern lied in the fact the car was safety inspected twice in a short duration of time, less than 6 months, and any delays signified “the car having issues”. Placing faith in Alexey and Audi, I trusted his response and waited. When I finally picked up the vehicle, it was not detailed - inside or out. I am not a professional detailer, but I have seen little kids wash cleaner cars. There is 100% no way the car was detailed; it literally was sprayed with water and maybe wiped?! And I would guess air dried. Being excited to purchase this vehicle and generally not being one to complain, I just drove off. Within 10 days of owning the car, I had the tire sensor light and a check engine light come on. I can not emphasize that I did not drive the car hard or far, less then 500km easily - all driven on main roads with no construction, large pot holes and I was not involved with any accidents or contact with other vehicles, curbs and/or knife yielding people. With concerns to why the vehicle was having sensors go off, I contacted Alexey asking about the tire pressure light and engine issues, to which I was told "the car is under warranty bring it to the manufacturer for repair, if you like I can bring it there for you or recommend a certified dealer.” With a strong distaste and/or concern, the same exact day, I phoned a dealership to book the next available opening for my car to be serviced. This dealership was a written recommendation given to me when I bought the car. My appointment was delayed by maybe 2-3 days due to business hours changing over the Christmas holidays. And I can assure you little driving was being done between my original complaint and my service date. Once I brought my vehicle to the dealership they inspected the car and advised me that the following issues needed to be corrected; #1 the daytime running lights were not operational #2 the solenoid valve needed to be replaced AND #3 the rear tire had an "inside side puncture" making the tire a safety issue. The tire is a run flat tire, not holding any PSI and was driven beyond its capacity while flat. The BMW mechanic emphasized that if the tire pressure light comes on, it means the tire is flat holding less then 21 PSI and would require servicing to ensure no damage is done. Keep in mind when I bought the car, the same light was on and the tires were never replaced and BMW advised me the original sensors were still on the car. When I started to think back, I had concerns that the type of damage to the tire from what BMW described was rare, it doesn’t typically happen from routine driving, in normal conditions and I personally did not drive the vehicle in anything but normal conditions. My drive to work is minimal, 5km. When I confronted Audi about my concern over the safety inspection of the car, I was originally asked what the bill for my repair was, to which I assumed they were going to address my financial concerns over buying new tires for my car and the 2 additional issues. When I responded to the email emphasizing concerns over the vehicle and how I was not comfortable with what might not have been disclosed to me, I was told that I personally was at fault for neglecting the vehicle and causing the damage to the tire and that Audi considered the matter resolved. It was clear to me that Audi relied on the fact I had warranty through the manufacture to fix anything wrong with the vehicle rather then address it themselves. Audi relied on the fact this situation can be viewed as he-said, she-said and ultimately having proof of neglect is difficult. I can say without any hesitation, the inside side wall puncture to the tire was not caused from poor driving or driving conditions. I drove the car very cautiously and like most new buyers, babied the car. I without the slightest hesitation believe Audi inflated the tires with air, and reset the sensor, a temporary fix. I would gladly accept fault on my behalf. From communicating with Alexey, I learned that the solenoid valves are not checked during safety and as a result, I accept that needing to be replaced. I can not express the displeasure I had from this dealership. Whatever good faith I placed with Audi and the process of buying a vehicle from them was completely lost. I without the slightest hesitation would strongly caution you from purchasing from this dealership. More
