Over the past year I've checked out a couple of Audi dealerships in the GTA. When I met Haroon at Audi Mississauga he worked with me to get good value for my trade-in, as well as financing for the new v dealerships in the GTA. From start to finish (over 3 months from order to delivery), Haroon was friendly, professional, and very responsive to all my needs and questions. Overall it was a great experience right down to the little things - he even remembered my radio presets from my old car and had my top stations programmed into the new car before I got there for delivery. Haven't had a salesman remember the little things like that before....top notch customer service overall. More

One key thing that we like the most and felt trusted comparing to other vehicle brands and dealers is that Tim and Audi Mississauga allowed us to have a test drive of the vehicle without being presence with us. Also, Tim helped us in getting a loaner vehicle while we were waiting for our vehicle to arrive which is something that we will always remember as a value added item. Because of the excellent services Tim provided to us, we are planning to get another Audi vehicle in the very near future and we will definitely will go back to Tim at Audi Mississauga. My vehicle was shipped and delivered on-time before the long weekend - if this was not to happen, Luigi was humble enough to talk to his manager about arranging for a loaner car while we wait for ours to come in. Luigi did follow up with us to see how we are doing with the new vehicle and to inform us again to contact him if we have any questions.
