On Aug 26 - Sep3 we had service completed on our 2011 Audi Q5 due to various issues. The pistons, rings and other hardware had to be replaced in our engine due to oil consumption failing test standards. Audi Q5 due to various issues. We were given an equivalent automobile to use while our car was in service and was requested to fill up the gas to the level we received. A reasonable request and had asked the dealership the same courtesy. We had filled up the tank prior to service but to our dismay when we picked up our vehicle the tank was half full. When we asked the service person ‘Adi’ why this was the case and did not get a satisfactory response. This is our first Audi vehicle and we expected Quality and Excellent customer service due to the brand and reputation. Not only did we receive a faulty new vehicle that required oil refills every few months, the service experience was unsatisfactory. We will definitely not be making further purchases with Audi. More
