Recently got used Audi A4 2.0T 2010. At the time of test drive, I noticed that the front trim was demaged so I notify to the sales person and he promiss me that he will make arrangement to get that fix befo drive, I noticed that the front trim was demaged so I notify to the sales person and he promiss me that he will make arrangement to get that fix before delievery. At delivery day it was not fixed, I have to get the car as I already sold my old vehicle so I took home that vehicle on a promiss that it will be fixed when they got the part. At the same day at night I notice that some of the LED's were out as well which I was not expecting. It is now two month and still not fixed. I send emails and place call many times and even after leaving messages to the used vehicle manager, I havn't been contact back so far. I was not expecting this kind of poor service from Audi of Mississuaga and I am very diappointed right now. More
I have had such a great experience at Audi Mississauga. Tim was wonderful in helping me close the deal for my new car. I had narrowed my choices to the Q5 or the C300 from Mercedes-Benz and Tim helped mak Tim was wonderful in helping me close the deal for my new car. I had narrowed my choices to the Q5 or the C300 from Mercedes-Benz and Tim helped make my decision much easier. He was able to work with me diligently in order to get a deal done. He was very patient and answered all my questions and requests. In the end, the process was seamless and I got my new car within a week. I can honestly if it wasn't for Tim I wouldn't be driving a brand new Audi. Thanks again for all your help. More

Came in yesterday for my first service on my 2014 q5. I booked an appoitment for my car at 840am and i showed up 10 minutes early. I had to wait for a technician to come out and see my car (noise i'm hearing from the right front side - he heard the sound when pulling out of the spot once and then not again) was told to basically keep an ear open for it and it might just be the electric steering. sounds to me like rubbing. I waited over an hour to get a shuttle to Mississauga rd. - and it was said because i had to show the technician the sound (that took 5 minutes) and that others were taking the shuttle as there was no order. I went back at noon to pick up my vehicle as the first service was to only be 2.5 hours. Guess what? IT WASNT EVEN STARTED! Was told they work at commitment times - i asked what mine was? It was noon - i asked what time it was and it was 12:05pm - i was ticked off. She said that well I saw how busy it was this morning and others had earlier commitment times. WHEN I DONT HAVE MY VEHICLE i expect that my car be serviced in the time is was scheduled and the amount of time i'm told it will take. you should not take as many service calls if you cannot handle the volume of business. Being a service manager involves long hours and diligent oversight of the day to day service operations. Brian Roman has worked very hard to ensure that the service department at Audi of Mississauga is the best of the best. Dean Turner the new car sales manager makes the new car buying process a very pleasant experience. Both Brian and Dean have worked very hard to build a career based on principles of fairness and professionalism. More

He is great listener and very patient to answer our questions. He took us on a test drive and explained the car’s features thoroughly with easy understandable terms. On the car delivering day, he even spent extra time to help setting up things to make sure I'm happy with the brand new car. Even after the sale was made, Shane deals with all of my questions and requests in a timely and friendly manner and hear out my concerns. Overall experience at the dealership was great, as I really enjoyed the buying experience from Audi of Mississauga under the salesmanship of Mr. Shane Kennedy and would recommend to my friends. More
