We bought 2 of our Audis from this dealership and we had issue with one, but Shane and Dean took care of us all the way! We had nothing but the best support and experience with both of them! Cannot say eno issue with one, but Shane and Dean took care of us all the way! We had nothing but the best support and experience with both of them! Purchasing a used S5 from Audi of Mississauga turned out to be a phenomenal experience! Joe Colletti is a consumate sales professional - extremely knowledgeable with no pressure at all. The dealership did e to be a phenomenal experience! Joe Colletti is a consumate sales professional - extremely knowledgeable with no pressure at all. The dealership did exceptional work preparing the car; fulfilled every promise; and, even filled the tank with gas. After the purchase Joe spent an entire hour in the car with me giving me a lesson on how all the gadgets worked. I'd highly recommend Joe and the dealership to anybody interested in an Audi purchase. My visit to the Mississauga Audi dealership was very pleasant and also very positive. My wife and I were met by Timothy who was very courteous and professional. This helped to make us more comfortable with our decision. The process of purchasing the vehicle was totally hassle free and Timothy was able to arrange a fair trade for our vehicle. I went there in the last days of Jan 2014 to purchase a Demo Audi 2013 A6 . The car had 10K + Km . The sales person prepared the documents with quite high pricing or full pop pricing , which is usually the Demo Audi 2013 A6 . The car had 10K + Km . The sales person prepared the documents with quite high pricing or full pop pricing , which is usually the case for any Pre-owned . The price Dealership quoted for this Pre-owned Demo Unit was $62500, Plus HST, and a long list of Fee etc. I offered as starting $55000 + HST and the no change in the long list of Fee they wanted to charge. Dean Turner , Sales Manager was very rude in his emails and absolutely unprofessional to negotiate. He said , this offer is "Ridiculous and Insulting to Dealership and will not even respond to it". Really!!!!. Just $7000 off from their asking Price ! Is he selling Dollar Bills which are non negotiable. I asked them to take off the extended warranty ( $2500) from the Car price which I don't intend to buy. They said they will sell forcefully this extended warranty , regardless I want to buy or not ! Very un-professional. Seems to be the case of lack of customer service training and common sense to respect customers. More
