This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership and I have gone to Luis Marques both times. I purchased an A5 the first time and this time I bought a new Audi S5 Coupe. I also dealt with Norbert Schuldes who followed up to deal with me on other options, delivery etc. He was exemplary also, answering my queries and providing information I required. I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership, as they treat you first class when you walk in the door to when you leave. Luis kept me updated on the progress of delivery of my vehicle from purchase date on, but prior to that, during the purchase phase, he worked with me to put me into a beautiful S5 at a price I could live with, as well as a car which turns heads everywhere I drive! In fact, interest rates were down by the time I picked up my new car, and I saved even more money, as Luis had promised. I would highly recommend that anyone who is in the market for an Audi, used or new, consider Audi of Mississauga. I also have got most of my service done there, and its done right, done on time, and care is taken to insure that you are completely satisfied. Luis Marques is a fantastic sales associate who is very knowledgeable about the product he sells, and he instilled confidence I needed as I was stepping up in my purchase to something which was more expensive, but much more car than my first Audi. He was able to answer all my questions, and provided all the info I needed to make an informed decision. He even put my old licence plates on for me, before I left the lot! More

After several visits to Owasco Audi in Pickering, my wife and I came away feeling less than enthused with how we were treated in our search for our new vehicle. After reading several glowing reviews, about Audi of Mississauga and Luigi we decided to give Luigi and his team a try. After calling ahead, Luigi, was ready for us, gave us a tour, answered all of our questions, giving us his undivided attention while an appraiser checked over our vehicle. After a short while, the bottom line appeared which appeared a little high. Luigi understanding our discomfort made accommodations to satisfy our concerns. We are now proud owners of our first Audi.
