There were no pressure sales tactics and everything was done at our own pace. This sales practice also followed upstairs where we met Norbert. Again, very friendly and professional. Outlined the optional product upgrades and was very honest in his assessments. Just like Alex, there was no pressured sales tactics and we were given ample time to review everything. Followup's were met with very quick responses. Our entire experience was a 10/10 from the first email inquiry right to us driving off the dealer lot. I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership, as they treat you first class when you walk in the door to when you leave. Luis kept me updated on the progress of delivery of my vehicle from purchase date on, but prior to that, during the purchase phase, he worked with me to put me into a beautiful S5 at a price I could live with, as well as a car which turns heads everywhere I drive! In fact, interest rates were down by the time I picked up my new car, and I saved even more money, as Luis had promised. I would highly recommend that anyone who is in the market for an Audi, used or new, consider Audi of Mississauga. I also have got most of my service done there, and its done right, done on time, and care is taken to insure that you are completely satisfied. After several visits to Owasco Audi in Pickering, my wife and I came away feeling less than enthused with how we were treated in our search for our new vehicle. After reading several glowing reviews, about Audi of Mississauga and Luigi we decided to give Luigi and his team a try. After calling ahead, Luigi, was ready for us, gave us a tour, answered all of our questions, giving us his undivided attention while an appraiser checked over our vehicle. After a short while, the bottom line appeared which appeared a little high. Luigi understanding our discomfort made accommodations to satisfy our concerns. We are now proud owners of our first Audi.
