Great purchase experience with Shane I recently purchased a 2014 Audi Q5 from Shane. I was in the market for a new SUV and went to a few dealerships. I compared a number of vehicles, and I recently purchased a 2014 Audi Q5 from Shane. I was in the market for a new SUV and went to a few dealerships. I compared a number of vehicles, and ultimately picked the Q5. We had purchased a car from Downtown Audi in the past, but was not happy with the customer service experience. We went back to Downtown Audi for a quote and test drive on the Q5, and after hours of negotiation, walked out because I was so frustrated. A few days later I walked into the Audi Mississauga dealership, met Shane and sat down for a bit. He offered me a fair price (below what Downtown Audi offered). He didn't pressure me to purchase, and actually encouraged that I go home and think about it. I called him a few days later, and went back in to get the deal done. Such an enjoyable experience. More

My First Audi I walked into Audi of Mississauga to begin my search for a new Audi. I had no appointment and was randomly met by Luigi Exconde. Luigi is young and I walked into Audi of Mississauga to begin my search for a new Audi. I had no appointment and was randomly met by Luigi Exconde. Luigi is young and enthusiastic and knows the Audi product very well. Luigi was very patient and he spent more than an hour going over the details of an Audi A6 TDI. At no time did I feel rushed. Given this was my first dealership I was not interested in actually purchasing a car on this visit and Luigi was fine with this. After doing my homework I returned two more times where Luigi spent a few hours with me. In the end, Luigi made a price offer that was better than the other dealers and we arranged for a third party to take my trade-in so I could obtain the HST benefit. Overall a very positive experience. More

We came in looking to buy an A4. Price was not as much of our priority. Luis helped us understand an A6 better matched our objectives. We then did a long hard look at the A6 vs. the BMW 5 series. We almost w our priority. Luis helped us understand an A6 better matched our objectives. We then did a long hard look at the A6 vs. the BMW 5 series. We almost went with the 5 Series but it was like pulling teeth to get the correct info out of their sales rep. With Mercedes it was even harder to get their attention. They now have a callcentre as a barrier that just deflects back so its up to you to persist. Not sure why Mercedes would put of that kind of fortress around their sales and service folks. I just ran out of energy and gave up on them. In the end we chose the A6 and know it was the best car for what we wanted out of a car. The BMW had the sale but Luis took it from them and in the end that was the best thing that happened to us. Luis listened and never once put even the slightest pressure on. He knew how to answer our questions, deal with any objections and facilitate getting answers he could not respond to. The two brands sales reps just answered quickly and when I further researched their responses they were wrong anyway. Luis's responses where %100 correct building total trust. Even after we placed the order we still continued our research and went to the Toronto Autoshow. That only further helped reassure us we made the best choice for our needs. Luis sets the standard at managing the information flow that selling a car of those range requires. Now its up the the Audi of Mississauga Service manager to keep things on this track.. More
