Another great A4 experience A few years ago, after months of browsing internet reviews, and countless test drives of every German made vehicle in my price range - I decided on a A few years ago, after months of browsing internet reviews, and countless test drives of every German made vehicle in my price range - I decided on a whim to pop into Audi of Mississauga. I had been to several other high-end dealerships - all of whom pitch the 'no pressure' routine on you .. and kind of expected it to be the same here. However, it turned out to be excellent experience... it was actually a 'no pressure' experience and everyone I encountered were helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. Meeting a sales rep (Luis) who I actually felt I could trust - was an added bonus. It was this first experience that gave me the confidence in coming back a second time to get a brand-new A4. The same great staff (says something in an industry with high turnover) .. once again willing to help and work with me as a person.. and not just another sale. Having now met several key staff - from sales to service - I can honestly say they all share the same customer-first attitude which is often times lost after the sale. I have sent many of my colleagues and friends there - and will continue to do so! More

New problem each time I get the car back from service 1st incident: I brough my A4 2010 in for regular oil change service in 2012, got the car back with engine oil On all the time, brought back in, they f 1st incident: I brough my A4 2010 in for regular oil change service in 2012, got the car back with engine oil On all the time, brought back in, they found that the sensor was not plugged in properly, got that plugged in correctly, the problem is gone 2nd incident:Found that when they plugged in the sensor correctly, but they forgot to screw all screws in, that cause the light some time went off, Brough back in due to missisng some screws, got all screws screwed in. 3rd incident: The A4 2010 I bough new from this Audi Mississauga Dealer, has 80,000km in 2013, mostly HWY driving, already comsumes 1 liter of oil every 1,500km, I brought in in 2014, out of warranty, got charged over $1,400 for oil consumption test, I pay for oil consumption test (wow) , found the car has no heat when I get it back. When I brough the car in for oil test, the heater ran fine, when I took the car back, there is no heat, I have to pay almost $1,000 to get it fixed. 4th incident: in April 2014, brough the car in to get the excessive oil consumption fixed, after 2 weeks, my wife came to get the car, She call me on the phone (while I was in Ireland) the steering wheel is "strange", I though she got so used to Lexus steering wheel so she does not know what the Audi's sterling feel likes. When I had a change to drive the car, the steering is surely has problem, I almost got into an accident due to the steering wheel problem of my A4 Audi, Brough it is for drive test with a technician, confirm that there is a problem. Should I have them fix this steering wheel problem and taking a risk of receiving a new problem created by them ??? I bought first Audi A4 2010 new, I like it, I bought a second Audi (A6, 2013 from a different dealer). I like Joe Colletti, he is the reason for me purchasing the first Audi at Audi Mississauga. Any advise? More

I had been online and looked at the inventory and there was one A5 that caught my attention but when I was at the dealership another one was just dropped off. Timothy O'Reilly took me on a quick demo and made me feel right at home and despite it being after 5pm on a Saturday we wrapped up a deal in very short order and I felt the engagement was very professional and that I received a great price for my trade in (Thanks Tim!) and a great opportunity on a gently used Audi. A week later I picked up my A5 and Martin Kazda walked me through all of the necessary financial information in a very organized and thoughtful manner. Martin is a consummate professional when it comes to handing a vehicle off to a new owner. He knows the vehicle inside and out and took the time to orientate me with all of the technology in the vehicle and then addressed a few of my questions a week later when I needed to hear it for a second time.
