We had seen the Q3 at the auto show and just wanted some more information. We spoke to Mr. Timothy O'Reilly at Audi of Mississauga and had a great experience. Mr. O'Reilly was kind, very professional, informative and answered all our questions. Without having the actual model in the showroom (since its a brand new model to Audi) I was able to get a good idea of what to expect with this 2015 Q3. The following day I received an email thanking me for visiting and a follow up on my hopes to test drive this car! I'm looking forward to scheduling a test drive with Mr. O'Reilly as soon as the new Q3 arrives. More

I have been in that position before with other purchases where I didn't follow through with the sale because of bad service. Another great A4 experience A few years ago, after months of browsing internet reviews, and countless test drives of every German made vehicle in my price range - I decided on a A few years ago, after months of browsing internet reviews, and countless test drives of every German made vehicle in my price range - I decided on a whim to pop into Audi of Mississauga. I had been to several other high-end dealerships - all of whom pitch the 'no pressure' routine on you .. and kind of expected it to be the same here. However, it turned out to be excellent experience... it was actually a 'no pressure' experience and everyone I encountered were helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. Meeting a sales rep (Luis) who I actually felt I could trust - was an added bonus. It was this first experience that gave me the confidence in coming back a second time to get a brand-new A4. The same great staff (says something in an industry with high turnover) .. once again willing to help and work with me as a person.. and not just another sale. Having now met several key staff - from sales to service - I can honestly say they all share the same customer-first attitude which is often times lost after the sale. I have sent many of my colleagues and friends there - and will continue to do so! More
