2016 Audi S4 - OUTSTANDING service end-to-end. THANK YOU OZ! In 2013 we purchased our first Audi (pre-owned 2011 S4) from Audi of Mississauga. About a year into ownership, I received a letter, and email from Oz, In 2013 we purchased our first Audi (pre-owned 2011 S4) from Audi of Mississauga. About a year into ownership, I received a letter, and email from Oz, introducing himself, and informing us that he would be our new representative; to let him know if we needed any assistance going forward. At the time we were semi-considering getting into something else (either by trading in or selling current vehicle privately) but wasn't sure if we would return to this same dealership. After speaking with Oz for the first time, it was a pleasure talking to someone in sales that was straight-forward, knowledgeable, and honest - who did not present the pushiness typically found when initially inquiring about a vehicle. Being a manager in the sales/customer service field for 10+ years myself, it was refreshing to deal with someone who communicates the way I would with a client. His service was top notch end to end. Oz was always willing to answer my questions, whether silly or not, and constantly gave me updates on current promotions that were running. His expertise as an Audi technician was of great value also, as he could always answer very detailed technical questions regarding vehicles we were looking at. Though Audi is our preferred brand, we did cross-shop with the competition. No one (including other Audi dealerships) came close to the level of service we received with Oz. Not only was he patient, but he made it a focus to understand our personal situation, and only suggested vehicles that would make sense for us. That is not something you get when shopping for a car these days. I can't even count the amount of emails I received from other reps where they just flipped me multiple quotes in PDF form and asked what I wanted to go with. No added explanation, no walk-through of agreement, just straight cut-and-dry detached service. It took a year before we eventually found the right situation, and Oz was there every step of the way. He assisted us with the private sale of our vehicle, which gave a peace of mind to the new buyers, while simultaneously finalizing our lease on a brand new 2016 Audi S4; ensuring we got all the discounts we were eligible for. Everything was transparent and easy to understand. Leading up to delivery day he kept me updated on the progress and worked around our schedule for pickup, along with ensuring the vehicle was in pristine condition when we arrived. There was never a drop off in pre-sale to post-sale service. As most know, shopping for a new car, while exciting, can also turn into instant stress when entering a dealership. I am happy to say that stress never arrived when we walked through those doors at Audi of Mississauga. In a face-paced and ultra competitive industry that Automotive sales is, we understand the pressure for sales reps and dealerships to achieve quick results. That is why we could not have been more fortunate than to have dealt with Oz. His patience is essentially what had us signing on the dotted line in September of this year (2015.) Most pleasant used car purchase experience! I was in the market for a rather rare model of the Audi lineup. The 2010 S5 with its 4.2L V8 normally aspirated. I was looking at the 2012 A6 for its I was in the market for a rather rare model of the Audi lineup. The 2010 S5 with its 4.2L V8 normally aspirated. I was looking at the 2012 A6 for its design features and LED Headlights while having a powerful 3.0 Supercharged V6 but it would be heavier than the 2009 A4 I replaced it with, My fiancee hinted towards the V8 and I caught on to it right away since I never thought my dream would come true of ever owning a V8. So I looked up any S5 available within a 500km radius and only about a dozen were found since I set my budget at $30,000 for the price tag (tax, financing excluded). I couldn't believe it when I saw the add for my vehicle a day after it had been published. My favorite colour combinations of the S5 with Nav, Bang & Olufsen sound system, having beige seats on black interior with carbonfibre trim! Priced almost $1000 less than any other private dealership. I always thought, buying straight from Audi means a 10% increase in price due to their certified pre-owned program. Then I received a copy of the maintenance record and the over $2000 worth of work invested after they took it on as a trade in. Brakes, wheel alignment, rear shock, oil change, inspection... all done AND still $1000 less in price than a vehicle with maybe 4,000km less mileage. THAT was tHE Deal! Timothy was quick in responding to my emails and answered all my questions and got me set up for financing. Haroon was able to lower my downpayment by a $1000. He made sure I forwarded him every document needed to get me approved for financing. Also the $250 program for nitrous in the tires got waived as they were unsure whether I could benefit from this program at my local Audi dealer. The day I came to pick up the S5, I was an hour late due to traffic in Toronto/ not leaving home even earlier than 6AM, but even with my delay I only waited 20min before Timothy sat down with me to finalize the financing contract. He explained every clause in detail before I signed/initialed the many sections of the contract. Daud went over the broad range of features on the MMI system and Nav with voice activation. I was glad I gathered experience with the layout in my A4 as it was easier for me to relate and adapt to the many buttons and options of the MMI. I really didn't need to do much other than sign, hand over my plate and get comfortable in the driver's seat, ready to head back home. Compared to previous experiences with private car dealers I never felt like I wasn't taken serious nor did I ever feel I was being played (for a woman wanting a V8 sport coupe) or left in the dark about hidden fees. Terrible service dealership I bought a Q5 from this dealership from the beginning I had engine light problem & oil burning problem my car had maint. Free to 80,000km not that they never ever fixed the probl, but waited to pass the 80,000 km them ask for a huge money to fix it. I complained several times, but never worked then I decide to go to another dealership and fix the car. I'm not going tobiysny Audi any more and I would not even go to this dealership any more. They areunprofessial. People and never value the customers whatsoever. More

They respect people and it shows in how they treat everyone. Joe Colletti was his typical personable, professional and accommodating self when i first was checking out what new Audi to lease, since my previous lease was up. By informing me of pros/cons and the costs and features of various models, I settled on an A4 instead of the A3 which was my initial intention. And the A4 was cheaper! When i almost lost my job in October and asked if i could defer my decision on the car, Audi of Mississauga's response was "no problem. Just let us know when you decide." This was hugely appreciated during a difficult time of uncertainty. When it came time to pick up my new car, Daud Andreas was punctual, pleasant and completely prepared. One can't ask for more from all aspects of the sales experience. This excellent and professional culture that permeates all of Audi of Mississauga stems from its General Manager Brad Johnston who is the consummate professional who treats his staff and all customers (and potential ones) with respect. He was definitely the reason why we ended purchasing something that we had only come in with the intention to get more information on. The sales manager and Luis both worked together to give us what we needed and we're happy with for our trade in. We have never received such great customer service at a dealership before! We will definitely be returning in the future when we need to upgrade our vehicles. We are so happy to have found someone like Luis to help us with our big purchase and would not hesitate to recommend him to all our friends and family. Our customer service with the whole team went above and beyond and we could not be more thrilled to have made our purchase at this location. More
