rude and obnoxious customer service i have had two very poor first of all i gave my car in for a complete detail and received my car with a very poorly done job i took pictures to prove i have had two very poor first of all i gave my car in for a complete detail and received my car with a very poorly done job i took pictures to prove how they missed to wipe down some marks on the dash that were so obvious to the eyes. secondly i was having an issue with my car and took it in to get it diagnosed, the service department recomended new brakes and tires which i told them to go ahead with when i took my car back the issue was not resolved (pulsating vibration) i took the car back and told the staff there how i spent a fortune based on their recommendation but nothing had changed and a particular staff member very rudely dismissed me and threw my paper work to a colleague! i was told there was additional charge to get the pulsation to go away and i had no optionbut to dig deeper in my pockets plus deal with this rude person! in summary do not recommend this location ! More

There's a reason why we drove across the city We live right next door to another Audi dealership, but we drove 60 km across the city for these guys. I came back to Audi after seeing the rest as inferior cars. I have known Joe Colletti for a long time ever since he sold a 2002 Audi A6 to me in 2008. He was well informed about the car as he was when he sold m I have known Joe Colletti for a long time ever since he sold a 2002 Audi A6 to me in 2008. He was well informed about the car as he was when he sold me the 2016 A6-S-line. He was very patient and considerate with the time I spent checking out all the models, new and old. He went the distance to find me the car I own after a little frustration in finding out the original model an oblong grey model of the same type was already sold. Sadly; I must admit that after the poor service from a Mr. Roman, service manager, in attending to a rust problem after two futile visits to Bramgate VW in Brampton with the used 2002 Audi in which he promised but never followed up on many unanswered phone calls on fixing the rust perforation around wheel well of RR wheel still under warranty; I didn't want to do any more business with Audi Mississauga. Joe quickly restored my faith in the dealership with his polite and professional expertise to help me find the car right for me. Special Kudos to Haroon and Daod for their financing knowledge and friendly service in choosing the right payment option for me and the final presentation of the car upon delivery. Bravo Audi Mississauga! More
