Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Overall Experience I purchased a vehicle Cerified Pre owned from this dealership about 3 years ago. I have had nothing but problems with it. I first noticed it was b I purchased a vehicle Cerified Pre owned from this dealership about 3 years ago. I have had nothing but problems with it. I first noticed it was burning oil within the first few months of purchasing the car and brought it in to be inspected by the service department. They said that the car was burning the oil within the guidelines that Audi Canada had provided and that no action would be taken to resolve the issue. This happened 4 times before finally they actually realized that, yes, it was burning more oil than it should. It took me more than 2 years to have this issue resolved. Recently I noticed that the hood has rusted and that there is a 12 year warranty on rust from AUDI. After speaking to the service, they did a paint test and said because it had been painted and is not original paint, they would not be able to assist me, even though before I purchased the vehicle, the hood and bumper were scratched and THEY PAINTED THE VEHICLE THEMSELVES PRIOR TO ME TAKING THE VEHICLE HOME! I then showed the vehicle to the sales rep who sold me the vehicle, he said to contact Audi Canada which I did. Audi Canada had advised me to go back to Audi Of Mississauga so that they could take pictures and review all the information before making a decision `that would benefit both the dealership and myself`, as the service manager put it. However, after Two and a half weeks of calls and emails being placed with no answer, I finally received a call from the service manager Brian stating that no action will be taken and that there is nothing that they can do about it. The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. They keep no records of your prior visits and when you ask them for paperwork, they never have it. Save yourself the time and headache this dealership costs you and go somewhere else to get your service done. The customer is never right here. More

Sigh, really people Ok So the wife and I are slowly investigating and researching cars looking to replace our Jeep. We were picking up our daughter from her friends Ok So the wife and I are slowly investigating and researching cars looking to replace our Jeep. We were picking up our daughter from her friends which is close to Audi of Mississauga on 787 Bancroft Granted it was 10 - 15 minutes before closing And we were told that in a straightforward manner and that the sales people were preparing to leave and no one was available Not that they were with customers They were getting ready to leave The receptionist did get someone to print off a spec sheet But they had no knowledge of prices (need a sales person for that who were too busy shutting off computers and putting on their coats) So at the end of it we made to feel like we were inconveniencing the staff and should come in to do business at a time that works better for them. Audis do not necessarily come cheap and that an individual walking in who is prepared to possibly make that kind of purchase is a relationship worth nurturing. Perhaps a sales person takes the time to talk? Offers to stay late?? At least apologizes claiming company policy or insurance does not allow people on the premises but please let me take your information and I will contact you first thing Monday??? Always be closing, always be closing. I am not saying I am totally turned of Audi, but there is no way I will set foot in that location for sure having seriously concerns with your definition of customer care and service and give them one of my hard earned dollars.
