Very Customer Oriented Hunting for the perfect Q5 this was not the first Audi dealership we walked into, but surely was our last. Our family was very pleased with the customer service offered. It truly went above and beyond. Although, we were a bit difficult as customers and skeptical at times, the whole team was very patient and accommodating. Firstly, we would like to thank Govind for his calm and understanding attitude as he tried to work out the best deal for us. Also, we would like to thank Dean for being innovative and cooperative and for making it happen. Lastly, we thank Norbert for his knowledge, professionalism and a good sense of humour as he finalized the paper work. All in all, we walked out of there much happier than we have walked in. And that is what customer service is all about - making someone's day! More

No Support after sale. Purchased a 2013 Q5 from this dealership. Straight forward sale paid cash. Alex Fretes was fine signing the contract and taking the cash. At the 50 Purchased a 2013 Q5 from this dealership. Straight forward sale paid cash. Alex Fretes was fine signing the contract and taking the cash. At the 50k mark the engine strated to burn oil. Burning .5l /1000km. Have had it in at a local dealership they will only agree to measure oil consumption over approximately 15,000km. They know there is an issue but stalling until it's out of warranty. Tried to go back to Alex Fretes and he stopped responding to emails after the same response keep measurements. Audi and their staff know there is an issue and to have a guy like Alex in management to wash his hands is very telling. Do your homework on any of the 2.0 engines. They had a class action on the 2009-2012 but it is still happening on the 2013. Consumer reports article on the oil consumption as well. 56k and it needs 7.5l of oil between oul changes. If Alex can make it to management and not have the professionalism to respond to clients issues it's telling in the type of people at this dealership. Buyer beware. More

Tim was knowledgeable about the car and very friendly. We put down an offer same day but returned couple of days back and wanted to change to a different vehicle Audi Q7 2015 TDI. Tim was very patient and friendly, we test drove it again and everything went smoothly and I am now the proud owner of my first Audi. I highly recommend Tim and this dealership. More
