Brought my 2013 A4 with 20K KM's in for routine maintenance, got it back with a burned clutch and had 32KM's added to it. The excuse I got was that they needed to road test it to ensure the car was maintenance, got it back with a burned clutch and had 32KM's added to it. The excuse I got was that they needed to road test it to ensure the car was in working order...I have never had a dealer drive my vehicle for more than 1.5KM's. I had to get my clutch replaced for $3600 because of this terrible dealer. I took it back complaining about the issue, they took it apart and said I was in the hole $1500 for diagnostics, I had no choice but to pay them to do the rest of the repair. They attempted to blame it on me saying It must be my driving, funny since 1. I have been driving stick for 10 years and have had 3 manual vehicles NONE of which ever had an issue, and 2 THEY were the last ones to drive it since I had started having the issues. Audi Canada helped by taking 750 off the work to replace it, which wasn't much considering the age of the car. I still feel very ripped off by this terrible dealer, and will never recommend them to anyone. More
My car was in for service for an oil change and was returned with bumper falling off, they attempted to fix it by drilling screws through my wheel well and bumper was still falling off I asked for them returned with bumper falling off, they attempted to fix it by drilling screws through my wheel well and bumper was still falling off I asked for them to replace it as it was damaged while in their care and they refused to replace only try fix again which isn't rite or fair as they are putting me and my family at risk More

Pfuff Audi dealership refused to fix right front shock dust cover due to anti rust spray giving the reason that spray is in fact a mechanical change. Ridiculous ! Called to customer relation department. All they did was confirm the refusal reason with Pfuff Audi and getting it back to me. More

We did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase and were offered beverages while we discussed options with our brand specialist. We dealt with Dimitry Serov and I must say how impressed I was with his passion and knowledge of the brand. He was responsive to calls, emails and questions and showed a genuine interest in earning our business. He knew the products and options inside out. He knew about details for upcoming models and shared his insights to help us make the best decision. We were very happy with the deal reached with Dimitry and the management team at Pfaff. I highly recommend giving this dealership and Dimitry an opportunity to earn your business on your next new or used vehicle. More
The absolute worst. As an Audi enthusiast, I thought The absolute worst. As an Audi enthusiast, I thought the best place to take my car was the dealership, particularly Pfaff since it was close, BIG M The absolute worst. As an Audi enthusiast, I thought the best place to take my car was the dealership, particularly Pfaff since it was close, BIG MISTAKE! During a warranty recall, the incorrect spark coils were installed by their incompetent technician and caused major hesitation problems in my vehicle. After over $1000 worth of parts and labour (at Pfaff) trying to diagnose the problem, with some research and shear luck I found that the spark coils installed were incorrect for the vehicle. When I brought the car in and explained the simple solution, I was told by their technician that it's a fuel injector problem and that he wouldn't even look at the spark coils until he changed the injectors. I changed the spark coils myself and the car began running normally. I have complained and reported them to Audi of America, my goal is to prevent them from doing the same to my fellow Audi enthusiasts. Beyond the pushy-ness, their staff is completely INCOMPETENT and unknowledgeable about Audi vehicles. People, do your research and avoid Pfaff like the plague of problems that they will cause to your vehicle! I have the original warranty paperwork with the incorrect part numbers as well as all my receipts for the wrongfully performed work. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY PFAFF!! More
I bought 2011 S5. Test drive and paperwork were flawless. I enjoyed the atmosphere but above all salesperson had answers to everything. Not to mention very professional service. So I called her (salesperson). She did all the leg work. Ordered new tire and called me back. I was served within two hours after my first phone call! And everything was covered by insurance (I had tire insurance). I have used other Audi dealer once and Pfaff Audi stands head and shoulders above. Sincerely, Lukas More

Ab and Pfaff Audi were recommended by someone we trust in the automotive business and everything we talked about was executed. Ab suggested to us that a 2012 vehicle would be a better option for us as the ve the automotive business and everything we talked about was executed. We were updated as to the car's location and when the estimated arrival would be. A small die-cast audi toy on display was coveted by my 8 yr old son when we first dropped by to see Ab and as we left Ab promised that when we would drop in to pick up our vehicle, the toy car would be there for my son. That was over a month ago. Sure enough the toy was inside much to his delight. Small touches like that go a long way. The whole new car buying experience was what we expected it to be and much more. Car Mechanics tend to have a negative stigma that I believed to be true until around 6 years ago when I first met Shaun at Phaff Audi. I believe his ability to build relationships with your customers believed to be true until around 6 years ago when I first met Shaun at Phaff Audi. I believe his ability to build relationships with your customers not only puts customer at ease but more importantly you feel like he genuinely cares about your experience. He gives a new definition to the phrase “world class service” I also think it’s important to identify the very professional and understanding Service Manager; Mark that is always willing to hear a customer’s concern and never makes one feel like their business is not appreciated. “Bravo” Phaff Audio for your exceptional employees you have in Shaun and Mark!
