Awful customer service from the service "manager". Completely unorganized and inefficient when dealing with claims. I filed a claim for rust protection because my 2010 A5 is both surface rusting and corroding in numerous areas. In April 2015 the claim was filed with the claims and service manager, Anthony Curia, only to find out in September that no claim was filed or sent in at all! When the claim was supposedly 'filed', Anthony told me that the decision would be made in 4 to 6 weeks at head office.. in Germany. (What?! Not true). He also treated the claim as if it were pointless, saying that they most likely wouldn't cover it and that if the rusting persists to full corrosion it would be my fault for waiting too long to fix it in the first place. Moving forward, 6 weeks pass and by not getting any response, I call the dealership to follow up. However, at this point I was told that the claim was probably still being reviewed by head office. (Understandable, these things happen.) However, weeks on end pass and my understanding leads to confusion. After a few calls later dealing with Audi's head office customer service (instead of the dealership), I then find out in September 2015 that a claim was never sent in and the whole process was a waste of time. Furthermore, I am currently in the process of waiting yet again because Anthony told the Customer Service Rep who dealt with my issue to "apologize to the customer" and he will be sending in another claim with urgency and that I would have a response within 3 days. I'm starting to think it is typical that it is now two weeks later and I am still in the dark with no follow up. I guess it is Audi's policy to treat particular claims lesser to others when they are not benefiting from it in any kind of way or feel like the issue is not important enough. Very displeased customer. Stay away from claims department and this terrible service manager. More

When I heard a noise during the test drive of a CPO vehicle he tried to locate the source of the noise and removed the loose front model year plate. We then tried the vehicle again. However, at highway speeds I could still hear a noise. It seemed like something was going on with the driver's side front wheel. I was disappointed because I thought the CPO inspection would have caught something like this and it would be remedied before offering a vehicle for test drives. More

If you want your time wasted, incorrect parts, go here! I went in for a tire replacement (second time). On the first occasion, the tire had been ordered and then sent back so when I went to get my tire replaced, i had to rent a car for about 3 days while they searched for the tire. Kind of waste of time when the problem was fairly simple but there was no communication between parts and service. OK, this was one time. Second time, they ordered the wrong tire (ended up blaming me for ordering the wrong tire, as though I am responsible for this, when I am not the expert) and was told to just come in and it would be "in and out". Unfortunately they kept me for one and a half hours before telling me they had ordered the wrong tire. For a busy professional, these episodes were a complete waste of my time. Their incompetency is something to behold. Won't going back there for service or sales. Wouldn't recommend this dealership for service unless you have a lot of free time on your hands. More
