We had booked an appointment on Thursday to look at a previously owned VW Jetta on Saturday. The appointment was at 1:30pm for which we arrived 5 mins early. Bought a Used Car, on the promise that they will fix the minor paint scratches and dings. They touched up the paint without removing Dings and promised to talk to manager when I went to pickup the car. Now minor paint scratches and dings.
