It is one thing to have poor service but to be dishonest is entirely unconscionable. They bought my car, sold my car and then refused to pay me saying they had to put a new engine it - absolutely ridiculous is entirely unconscionable. Audi Queensway owes me $2,000. I was interested in buying a vehicle. Sales rep said give us a $2k deposit to hold the vehicle & if you don’t want it we will reimburse you. Offer to Purchase not signed by Audi & so no binding deal (quite apart from the sale reps word). I decided not to purchase. Money has never been reimbursed, but get this…if I do buy/lease a vehicle they will apply it as a credit! To add insult to injury, I am a returning customer who leased an SQ7 & wanted to lease/buy another car. If they will do this to me, they will do it to anyone. Be aware. More

The worst service experience in 35 years. Abysmal service and communication. Arrogant advisors. They are clearly overwhelmed and don’t see to care. Wasn’t offered alternative transportation. Even over the weekend. They even tell you that they don’t have the staff to perform some repairs or checks (infotainment system). You have to wait weeks for them to be able to take your car in. 4-6 weeks minimum. More
It takes between a half hour to a hour to get someone to answer the phone and generally they are not located at the dealership. No one calls you back including multiple calls to the service manager. No one mentions that they had your vehicle for days and didn’t do anything. Absolutely atrocious dealership and no one cares! Fat cats for sure. More
