Took my car in at 7:30am emergency light on coolant drained. They wouldn't look at it, no diagnostics guys in. Monday came and went, got a text from my supposed service rep thatdidn't answer the phone. drained. They wouldn't look at it, no diagnostics guys in. I brought in my car because the windows automatically went up after I put my top down and they went down when I put my top up - the opposite of what was supposed to happen. Terrible service. Walked in to try to get some simple parts from the retail parts counter. Previously took my car in for service. Over $1000 for a battery change and service technician tried to constantly up-sell me on a 15 y.o. car. Never again. More
