WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I recently leased a 2018 A4 Technik from Audi Oakville and really got a taste of what I call, the "post-sales" service. I was in the market for cl I recently leased a 2018 A4 Technik from Audi Oakville and really got a taste of what I call, the "post-sales" service. I was in the market for close to a month looking to go from a crossover SUV to a sedan and had looked at several options, one of them being Audi. While searching, I visited the Audi Mississauga location several times and received a welcoming treatment every time I had any questions. After narrowing my top three sedans, I was quite impressed by the A4. Long story short, I decided that this was the vehicle I wanted to lease and went ahead and began searching for the best deal. During my first call to Audi Oakville, I was connected to the sales rep who I eventually ended up leasing from. He presented the car, provided the basic information, however all throughout, I didn't get any sense of customer service or respect from him. He did have a price point for this car which was quite competitive so I decided to go ahead with the deal. While signing the paperwork, I wanted to give a counter offer (no harm, right?) but he said it was pointless as this was the best he could do (mind you, he gave me a price quote over the phone and stood by his words that it's the same in person). One of the perks of the Technik package was the Audi Connect. In my previous vehicle, I had a similar app and found it quite useful. I told him to set it up for me but he said it would take time and would have it done by the next day. I contacted him the following day and for the next 10 days or so, he had different excuses from not being in the office (acceptable) to no time, manager not around, hadn't completed courses so didn't know how to set it up, technical problems, etc. I was tired of trying to contact him over and over with the same excuses until I called one day and he told me "let me ask you one question - why is this app so important to you?". If I'm getting a car from you, that's none of your business as to why it's important to me. Regardless of it's importance, you should have done your job. Simple. I finally spoke to the sales manager who got the problem fixed within 20 minutes. This is proof that the sales rep had zero clue. During our initial meeting, he mentioned that he'd provide me with a bunch of Audi items such as a hat, shirt, and even a sweater. None of those things were ever provided except a water bottle. My worst experience was going to the dealership after 10 days to sign some additional documentation with their finance team. It was a Saturday and yes, they were somewhat busy, but the receptionist seemed extremely confused and had no idea what I needed and when I requested that I am here for a specific reason, she said she would help out but saw her chatting away with an agent for a good 10 minutes until customers came in. I approached her and once again, she was confused and I was extremely irritated by this point. Finally, the sales manager comes around and rather than addressing my concern, he just shook my hand and walked away. I specifically told my sales rep I'm coming in. He saw me and walked to his desk while he knew I was there the whole time. He didn't make any effort in actually asking if I need anything but rather sat there the whole time until I approached him. Long story short for anyone going here - go to another dealership! This dealership will sweet spoon you into getting a vehicle, but don't expect ANY customer service or dedication afterwards. You are just their commission - that's all. Once those papers are signed and they get a cheque, you are a no one. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. P.S: I've read other comments here and noticed that 99% of Audi's responses are empty apologies. Just as a FYI, those mean nothing, especially when you lack customer service, don't expect a "this is not our way of doing business/we are sorry" to work. More
They reneged on an agreed and signed deal - WORST I negotiated and we agreed a deal on a new Audi A3 in May. They didn't have anything available with the options I wanted so the salesman (Usman) told I negotiated and we agreed a deal on a new Audi A3 in May. They didn't have anything available with the options I wanted so the salesman (Usman) told me that they would have to order the car and that Audi wasn't making the 2017 model anymore so it would be a 2018 (and wouldn't come in until the fall). I wasn't in any hurry so I said that was fine, and we signed the deal. A couple of days later I decided I wanted a different colour, so I tried to get a hold of Usman to change the order. I tried for a month and a half to reach this guy. He didn't return phone calls, emails, or messages to the front desk. Finally gave up and talked to someone else and they managed to change the order. At the end of October, they called to tell me my car was here. I arranged pickup on the saturday. Saturday morning Usman calls to tell me that there are changes in the paperwork because the car is a 2018, and my monthly payment will go up by 60$!! When I talked to the sales manager he refuses to believe that Usman told me up front it was going to be a 2018 (because the paperwork shows it as a 2017) even though the agreement shows an expected delivery of October 2017 (why on earth would I wait 5 months for a 2017?? - not to mention the fact he knows full well when Audi stopped manufacturing the 2017 A3). So his argument to me was that the car they ordered wasn't really my car since it was a 2018. So in his version of events, they took my deposit, sat on it for 5 months, then told me the day I was to pickup the car that it wasn't mine, they couldn't give me the 2017 I ordered, and that our deal was dead. Absolutely unbelievable. Awful experience start to finish. I will never deal with this dealer ever again. They have ZERO INTEGRITY. More

Worst experience ever. I bought a BMW pre-owned 7 series, in October 2017 and found the services to be awful. I asked my sales guy how much can I put towards my car from my credit card and he said 5k, I put down 1k and was thinking to put another 4K later. The deal was finalized and the Sales Manager RICO asked me to put down another 1k for them to get the car ready and I agreed, he sent an email to Kinaz the sales guy to call me and ask for another 1k, instead of calling me he sent an email to Rico saying I will do another 4K on my visa, I asked a question but never agreed to put 4K saying I will do another4k on my visa found very unprofessional, I was waiting for them to charge on my credit and then was going to ask how did you do that without my consent but they didn’t so that was okay. After the deal was finalized, neither Rico nor Kinaz called me or texted me, they were calling me crazy before I put down the money. I was waiting for them to give me a green light on when the car would be ready so that I can book my flight to pick up my car as I am from Winnipeg but no calls, instead I ended up paying $400 for one way ticket, why do they care I guess, they sold the car and onto the next one. So I went there to get the car, already received bill of sale and there was just 5% tax added on it, confirm with Rico and he said you pay what you see and I was okay with that as I was going to pay pst in manitoba. Got the car and Kinaz asked to wait for the manager as he wants to say good bye and say thank you for our business, we did not ask any of that. We waited for 10 minutes, no one showed up, Kinaz went to get the manager and waited for another 10 minutes and no one showed up. Ended up leaving after 25 minutes of wait, I initially did not want to be disrespectful of Kinaz’s request to see the manager, manager was not Rico but someone else, he was not there that day. I found this to be very very disrespectful, they did not even care about our time and let us wait there for 25 minutes because they want to say good bye, wow. After I came back to Winnipeg, got a call from Kinaz that they should have charged 13% tax instead of 5, at that time I had already registered my car in Manitoba and paid the taxes, he requested if I can show the receipt of taxes so that they can put it in their system and I agreed that will send it to him. Later Rico called me and started asking for the extra 8% money. I said I already paid for that in manitoba but he said I still owe them 8% and threatened me that if I don’t pay he is going to put a lien on my car for $2100. I guess they had the car serial numbers and they were ready to screw me over their mistake. I could not figure out how can you threaten your own customer for the mistakes you made. I found the whole scenario to be very very unprofessional and would suggest everyone to stay away from Audi oakville. I had the worst experience of my life. More

I forgot my phone vharger and my phone was nearly dead, they checked around and found a charger for me and set me up. Could not have had a better experience with the service department. More
