There is never any pressure from sales, and service is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Whether it is a repair, warranty or regular maintenance, I have been treated in the same professional, courteous manner. There is always a loaner or shuttle available, which is very convenient. More
Best car buying experience ever. I bought a new A5 cabriolet from Brad Gallagher. I had wanted a convertible and Audi A5 was the most spacious of any brand. I had tried other Audi dealers with varying receptions and sales personnel. Audi Oakville and Brad were the most professional and accommodating. There was no pressure ever. The discounts were great as was the trade in allowance for my 12 year old Solara. I have bought at least 12 cars and this was the most painless and gratifying experience that I've ever had in car buying. Brad thoroughly answered all my questions before the purchase. The car arrived from another dealer when and as promised. After driving it for awhile I brought it back and Brad took the time to answer all the technical questions and help input navigation guidance etc. If he didn't personally have the answers, he sourced people who did and I am a very happy camper. More
Only looking to gauge It seems like the service dept at Audi Oakville are more than happy to offer repairs that are quite expensive, but not willing to entertain warranty i It seems like the service dept at Audi Oakville are more than happy to offer repairs that are quite expensive, but not willing to entertain warranty items, or other repairs where they can't charge a client very high fees. I have a 2014 A6 that has clear-coat flaking off in a few spots. They said it isn't under warranty, so they would not fix it after charging me for the most expensive alignment I have ever had in my life by a wide margin. My brother has a 2012 Mercedes E350 wagon with a similar issue and Mercedes just fixed the paint understanding that flaking paint is not a good look for a luxury car regardless of the warranty. Based on this, Audi doesn't seem willing to stand by their product as a luxury brand and chooses to hide behind warranties, where Mercedes just responds to an obvious defect in their car. I cannot recommend Audi or Oakville, and Audi in general. Their customer service treats you like a wallet instead of a client. The only positive are the courtesy drivers as they are quite excellent. More

Awful people working here I have owned two Audis (bought at another dealership) and was considering purchasing my third. I had been emailing with one of the sales guys who told I have owned two Audis (bought at another dealership) and was considering purchasing my third. I had been emailing with one of the sales guys who told me to drop buy to test drive a specific vehicle I had found in their pre-owned inventory. When I walked into the dealership I got dirty looks from several of the employees (maybe I dont “look” like an Audi buyer?? Who knows??) It took awhile for someone to come and help me with the car I was interested and when I went to sit in it while the sales guy was getting something about sales person came in and spoke to me in a very snarky manner asking me why I was sitting in the Audi vehicle by myself and that I should “go wait in the lounge’. I have never been spoken to so rudely especially at a car dealership! Did he think I was there to steal an Audi? I almost walked out and would have left without the test drive but luckily the only professional person (Brad) that seemed to be working at this joke of a dealership came out and gave me a test drive. The car was awesome but in the end I decided to go with a Mercedes, mostly due to the superior customer service. Oh ya and I never got a follow up email from the original sales guy I was dealing with (David) to see what I thought of the car and if I had any further questions. Whan an awful and unprofessional bunch of people ruining an otherwise awesome brand of vehicles. More

Was a great start and it was this same gentleman, Adrian Suciu who ended up helping us. And how fortunate we were to deal with Adrian who was excellent - we explained exactly what we wanted and expected to have to wait 3-4 months for a custom factory order. Not only did Adrian find exactly what we want at another dealership, he secured us a fantastic deal and we received the car a few days later. I cant speak highly enough of the entire team at Audi Oakville - From Sandy at the front desk, the manager Denley and Emma in finance...everyone takes a genuine interest in ensuring the clients needs have been fulfilled and you feel truly valued as a customer. So glad to be coming back to this dealership for my regular service appointments, it's always an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend for anyone in the market for an awesome looking Audi! More

Purchase of pre-owned vehicle The process of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Audi Oakville was decent; however, one thing to note: the price on the website for the vehicle I we The process of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Audi Oakville was decent; however, one thing to note: the price on the website for the vehicle I went in to purchase was $150 cheaper than what appeared on the invoice. When I asked why this is, the pre-owned sales manager stated that they increased the price of the car by $150 that night. I said I negotiated the price based on what I saw prior to coming to the dealership, AND the price on the website wasn't changed that same day. He said, oh it takes a day or so for the price to change. xxxxxxxx--the price was changed with the intent to cover some of the losses from the negotiation. I called to say that the price on the website isn't the price on the invoice and they should honour the price on the website. The manager got angry and stated: "so what? you want me to give you $150? You know what, I'm going to refund you your deposit and we don't have a deal". TL;DR - The price of the car was increased in their system without my knowledge as the website still had the price I negotiated on. I believe the pre-owned sales manager did this without my knowledge to re-coup some money from the negotiations, and threatened to refund my deposit and not sell me the car over $150. More
