Never heard anything like that anyone said to me. WORST I got a quote from another dealer, but this one was close home. So I talked to the sales consultant about the price I want to pay as the other dealer I got a quote from another dealer, but this one was close home. So I talked to the sales consultant about the price I want to pay as the other dealer already quoted me for that price. I said I want to purchase here because it is close home. Then the sales manager came and said to my face like he hated me so much and rudely : "TELL ME WHY WOULD I GIVE YOU DISCOUNT?" I was stunned, as no dealer would say that to a potential customer. I said you don't have to, I just bring it up in case you want my deal." I walked away.... Eventually get the car from another dealership that doubled the discount I asked for at Oakville Audi.. The sales manager should not be in this industry. More

Service Department Brought my car here for service last year and I highly regret it. I have an older Audi A6 from the C5 platform, and the techs at this dealership appea Brought my car here for service last year and I highly regret it. I have an older Audi A6 from the C5 platform, and the techs at this dealership appear completely clueless and incompetent when it comes to older Audi vehicles. I had an engine check light on and got a diagnostic. Revealed that I needed a new oxygen sensor and an oil level sensor and to clear a purge flow valve. They did replace the oil level sensor and complete the oil change fine and clear the purge flow valve. However, for the O2 sensor, I was first told they did not have the correct VAG tools necessary to replace the sensor after waiting 3 hours and was told to come back another day. Then when I came back and they installed the O2 sensor, I was told by one of the techs, after the work was done, that they had to order a genuine Audi sensor, as they had used an aftermarket sensor and a new engine code had come up for the sensor which required further diagnosis as the service tech did not know what it meant. As anyone who brings their vehicle to the dealership and pays a premium to have their vehicle serviced there, I was expecting that all the parts used would be original genuine Audi parts, at no point was I asked or told that an aftermarket part was being used. They asked me to book another service appointment to install a genuine Audi O2 sensor and to further diagnose the new sensor code. This would be a separate cost after already paying $578 before taxes for the incorrect aftermarket O2 sensor part and labour to have it installed. I would have to pay another $578 for a new O2 sensor and the labour and even more for further diagnosis on the new code they had caused by installing the wrong part. I later looked up the part number for the O2 sensor from the invoice that was installed and found out that it was not even compatible for my vehicle or any other A6. It was for some specific A4 vehicles only. I also noticed, by looking up one of the part numbers they put on the invoice, that they charged me $120 for some brake part that I never requested and was not installed. After that I have never and will never return to Audi Oakville for service. I bought an OBD scanner myself and the code that they said was there that needed further diagnosis was not present, instead the same codes that were first present were still there. Dishonest business practices only looking for money. While installing the wrong sensor could have been a mistake, charging me for a non-existent part and re-charging me to install the correct sensor is just wrong. I have since taken my vehicle to Audi Queensway and the difference is night and day. From what I have seen, the techs work a lot better and are a lot more knowledgeable, especially with older Audi's as compared to Oakville, you can strike up a conversation with them and they know what they are talking about. They are friendly as are the service advisers and the parts department is great too. The Oakville Audi parts department, on two separate occasions, were not helpful at all in assisting me with parts. They refused to give out part numbers or specific information that would allow me to source the parts myself and see exactly which options were installed for my specific vehicle based on the VIN. The parts department at Audi Queensway has always been helpful with providing me this information. Audi Queensway also charges me $150 for an oil and filter change, whereas at Audi Oakville, it was $180. I also received an Audi inspection sheet that is supposed to come standard with Audi oil changes however I was never given this at Audi Oakville. Audi Queensway also provide an interior and exterior wash whereas at Audi Oakville I would only get an exterior wash. The rewards program is also fantastic at Audi Queensway. If you do not have a current gen Audi that is still under the dealer warranty, do not take it here, they don't know what they are doing and the service advisers will lie to your face. Either way I still highly recommend Audi Queensway, you can't go wrong with them. If for whatever reason you still service your Audi at Oakville, always check the invoice, and google the part numbers that they use to make sure they are using genuine parts and that they are not charging you for parts you never asked for or needed. Save yourself from time, money and lies. Take your Audi to Queensway or find a reputable independent Audi mechanic, there are a few in the GTA. More

After purchase support Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After being a 10 year loyal audi Oakville customer I have had the worst after market experience. Upo Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After being a 10 year loyal audi Oakville customer I have had the worst after market experience. Upon what appeared to be a simple flat tire which blew out from a pothole (car is 1 year old) I called audit road-side assistance which after 1 hour arrived to say they don't know how to charge out the tires. I contacted the dealership manager named Travis who called the road side assistance people incompetent and rang them again to send another person. The final tow truck operator arrived on-scene after stranded roadside for 4 hours to say there is no spare in the vehicle model and that it needed to be towed. Why did neither Travis or road-side assistance (contracted to CAA) not know this in the first place? This would have saved me 3 hours from my waiting curbside. The vehicle was towed to audi Oakville, where the car was purchased. The car was to be ready the following day at 5pm and Travis said they would send a shuttle for me at 4:30. At 4:30 I called Travis to say where is the shuttle and said we don't drive to Mississauga. I had said why did you not say this before so I could pick up my car since I asked if you had my address earlier and you said yes. He then proceeded to say I was being inconsiderate and asked what I did for a living. At this point, when considering that Travis nor audi road-side assist do not clearly know their products to properly assist their customer, I was not in the mood for yet another excuse. I said I would find alternative means to get to the dealership at which point Travis said well we close at 5 (which it was 4:45pm at the time).. In this day and age you would think that customer service should be the utmost priority and particularly for loyal customers to keep our business. I will never do business with Audi Oakville. again. Travis you need an upgrade on your product knowledge as being a smooth talking sales person does not fly with audi customers. I have since reach out to my contacts at head office to follow up on my compliant. More
