A great buying experience After driving my previous vehicle for 9 years (a personal record since I enjoyed the car so much) I decided it was time to replace it. My objective w After driving my previous vehicle for 9 years (a personal record since I enjoyed the car so much) I decided it was time to replace it. My objective was to purchase or lease a low mileage, attractive, all wheel drive vehicle with as many options as possible in mint condition. This criteria being based on the car I was driving that had most of these options, which I had maintained and cared for meticulously. I narrowed my search down to three possible vehicles (Lexus GS, Acura Rl (my current vehicle) and Audi A5). Which is how I met Jeremiah when I came to your dealership to look for A5's. He showed me an A5 that was available at that time and it didn't meet my criteria. Regardless, Jeremiah took down my requirements and promised to call me when a more appropriate vehicle came along. Fortunately, a low mileage, very well equipped A5 had just been traded in and he asked me to come in and see it. Once I looked it over to appreciate it's features and drove it I decided to buy it and your low interest rate offer sealed the deal. I'm learning more about the vehicle every day and love it. Ironically my first vehicle at aged 16 was a 1 year old VW beetle so it's fitting that I come back to the company once again with this vehicle as a senior citizen in good standing. Finally the Service you Expect! I spent months looking for a very specific spec Audi A4 Allroad. When the perfect one came up on the Kitchener/ Waterloo website I jumped on it. Befor I spent months looking for a very specific spec Audi A4 Allroad. When the perfect one came up on the Kitchener/ Waterloo website I jumped on it. Before driving out there, I called and spoke with Ben, without hesitation he held an over the phone deposit to ensure the care would still be available when I got there. No car is perfect and my CPO Allroad had a few VERY minor flaws, Ben took detailed notes and made sure come delivery day there were zero flaws left. Delivery day.......I was a bit confused when I pulled up and didn't see my Allroad in the parking lot. Went inside and there Ben had, all detailed under the showroom lights in a separate private room. He was beyond detailed in going through an overview with on the car. After some paperwork he sent me on my way. I'm in a sales position where follow up is key, since my purchase in August 2016....now being November 2016, I have received countless emails from Ben just checking in to make sure I was still happy with my car.
