Even though we were purchasing a used vehicle, we received gold star treatment. The dealership cleaned up the car to the point it looked brand new, but it was with the small details that we really appreciated. From the great sales service we received from Ben and Rashid to Dion realizing that the electric cap was damaged and ensured it was ordered and replaced before we picked up the car to Vicki wiping down the car so there was not even a boot mark on the mats. I also appreciated the vehicle walk through with Vicki so I could get to know the features before I drove away and never looked at the manual again. I love the etron and am enjoying driving past the gas station on the electric battery. I highly recommend Audi Kitchener Waterloo. More

What a great dealership My son and I were in the market for a small 4 door sedan and Audi's A3 fit our pricing potentials, but we needed to ensure that we were able to physic My son and I were in the market for a small 4 door sedan and Audi's A3 fit our pricing potentials, but we needed to ensure that we were able to physically fit into the vehicle (both of us are above 6' tall, so most cars don't fit us well). Arriving at Audi KW we were greeted by Lisa who then describe the possible options available to us based on our simple criteria: We both fit into a car that isn't a SUV. She described the features and options of both the A3 and A4 sedans. She didn't have a new A3 available for a test drive but she did have a used A3 available. We test drove the 2017 A3 and immediately fell in love with it... but we were at the start of our research into vehicle possibilities, so didn't immediately purchase that vehicle. Shopping other dealers we found a couple of other possibilities, but few sales people at Lisa's level. He knowledge of her vehicles was above and beyond the other sales people at other dealers. In the end it turned out that a new A3 was a little outside our target price and by the time we realized this the used on had already been sold. If we are in the market for a new or used vehicle in the future, we will be ensuring that Lisa and Audi KW are at the top of the list. If you're in the market for an Audi you need to come and see Lisa!! More

Its not only that an Audi is the best vehicle I have ever driven, but the customer experience at KW Audi is simply put incomparable to any other shop I have entered with vehicles. Everyone at Kitchener Audi knows me by name and makes me feel part of a family. They are welcoming, kind and accommodating. Smooth and efficient buying experience I was in the market for a new car and I decided to reach out to a few dealerships in the area. Nick ended up being my primary point-of-contact at Audi I was in the market for a new car and I decided to reach out to a few dealerships in the area. Nick ended up being my primary point-of-contact at Audi K-W and was incredibly responsive both through phone and email. I like to get things done quickly and we were able to finalize the deal within a couple of days. I also appreciated how intuitively Nick understood my needs (and I'm sure for his other clients in general). I had a very specific list of equipment/add-ons that was absolutely essential, and at the same time I really did not care for any extras. Nick was able to help me find just the right combination quickly. Although I did not get to spend a lot of time with either Sue or Vicki, it was clear through our interactions that both were extremely knowledgeable about their cars and really enjoyed what they did. Some last remarks: the dealership itself has a clean and open aesthetic with an onsite café which is a nice touch. The staff dress and act professionally without being overbearing, which is of course a matter of personal taste but I think it does go well with the Audi brand. Suffice to say, I will likely be returning for another vehicle purchase down the road. More
