Great value and service I was in the market for a new vehicle but was looking at purchasing at another dealership. Both were very helpful and informative but Amit and the 401 I was in the market for a new vehicle but was looking at purchasing at another dealership. Both were very helpful and informative but Amit and the 401 Dixie Kia team shined through. I received a fair price for my used vehicle and overall purchase. The team was also able to arrange for aftermarket tinting within one day of notice which means it was all done when I picked up my new 2014 Optima SX Turbo! Amit took the time to take me through all of the features and even connected my phone to the vehicle via Bluetooth before I left the lot. I noticed minor cosmetic damage after delivery. I had no way to prove it was there prior to delivery but Amit and the service team took care of it at no charge and no questions asked. In fact, they even waived installation charges of a cargo net because I had to wait longer than anticipated. I am sure some customers expect superior service every time but I think the best way to evaluate a dealership is how they handle service hiccups when they come there way. 401 Dixie met with my expectations and even exceeded them in this regard. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Amit and the 401 Dixie Kia team and look forward to a long and positive relationship with them. More
