It was a pleasure doing business with 401 Dixie KIA then and for my service ever since the purchase. I have not had a single issue with my vehicle which is rare for any make or model. The staff have been terrific from the sale to the regular service visits. I would definitely recommend this dealer and this product to anyone. The fact that the owners Katie and Eric are up front and not hiding in a closed office makes you feel special. I have sent others to 401 Dixie Kia and they always come back to me to say it was a pleasure compare to other places they have been. I recommend this Dealership to everyone. Happy customer. I have just purchased my second vehicle from 401 KIA. A while back, I was in the dealership getting my previous Kia Soul serviced and I wandered into I have just purchased my second vehicle from 401 KIA. A while back, I was in the dealership getting my previous Kia Soul serviced and I wandered into the showroom for a look. I was approached by a salesperson and we started chatting. After going over some numbers with regards to purchasing a new car, he then turned me over to a "management / finance" person. After my brief conversation with this person, I vowed that I would never buy another car from this dealership. I didn't like the way I was spoken to, nor did I like this person's attitude. Well, about a year later, I was once again in for service and took a look in the showroom. I spotted a red 2015 Kia Soul in the showroom and fell in love. I approached Mr. Amit Sharma, as he was the person who looked up at me and smiled. So I walked on over. Within a minute of speaking with Amit, I changed my thoughts on the dealership. Amit was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgable, professional and friendly. He made me feel quite comfortable and listened to what I had to say. He gave me a price, I wanted a better one.....and we worked it out so that I left with my new car purchased! Amit has been available to answer any of my questions and has always responded quickly to any of my needs. I felt very at ease with Amit and believe that he will be there if I have any further questions. I would not hesitate, for a moment, to refer Amit Sharma and 401 KIA to others. We dealt with Sunil Singh and Robert McFarlane, they both made us feel very comfortable, and made the experience very easy. Robert and Sunil were both very honest and straightforward, the patience they showed toward my partner was second to none. She had requested many test drives of many vehicles and they were always enthusiastic about it and always willing to do what ever it takes to keep us happy. The end result was the purchase of a 2012 Kia Sportage, which we are very happy with.
