I decided to try to find someone whose customers’ were happy not only by their purchase, but by the level of service and integrity exemplified…even if that meant travelling outside of Toronto. This is how I found Amit and very happy for it. After a year, I finally did it! I made my first car purchase, a 2015 Kia Soul with Amit’s help and guidance. Amit spent time explaining the process and answering all my questions. He certainly distinguished himself by his honesty/transparency, professionalism and his commitment to customer service. I was very pleased with the service received and would recommend him to others looking to purchase a Kia. More

Having had poor experiences in the past I researched dealers and salesmen and found good reviews about Amit and this Kia dealership, which was further away than a Kia near me. I was impressed from the moment I walked in and talked to Amit. Very nice and genuine personality. Spoke to me as well as the others in my party. Didn't get the typical vibe that many salesmen give off. When picking up my new Forte I was so impressed. It looked even nicer than I had imagined. Amit took the time to show me how everything inside the car worked. I would highly recommend going to the 401 Dixie Kia and buying from Amit. More

He was knowledgable, understanding, honest, and fair. Ultimately I can sum it up like this. Amit EARNED my business. No one else came close to his knowledge and service. Service I took my 2015 Kia Soul, purchased Oct/Nov of 2014 ... in for a check up Our Door handle did not work (as in allowing us to enter the vehicle) by pus I took my 2015 Kia Soul, purchased Oct/Nov of 2014 ... in for a check up Our Door handle did not work (as in allowing us to enter the vehicle) by pushing a button. the Service person, did not realize this would be how it worked. After trying the passenger door, realized that I had a legitimate complaint... told me he would order the appropriate part. (a new door handle) and call me when it was it. As well, the steering heater did not shut off after the 30 minute time slot. He was going to replace this as well. On Thur or Fri of the week of March 13th I called to see if the handle was in. The person said he was new and had to look it up. He called me back and told me it was in and he had to send it out for painting. On Monday, Mar 16 2015 Ian called me to say the automatic window switch was in and he called to book an appointment to replace it. On Friday Mar 20th I called to say this was not the problem and he seemed quite confused. Well I went the entire winter without a proper entry, which I paid for, into the vehicle. Now I will seek out another Kia ... to ry and get this resolved More

Steven was referred to me by father, they may have known each other for years but I have never met him. Within 5 minutes of meeting Steven I felt as though as I've known him as long as my father. His level of expertise, his interpersonal skills, and just honest nature is what brought this level of comfort with him. His patience with the whole process of looking into which car I'd want, to the test driving the car, and closing the whole deal was the easiest process. To top it all off he was open about all the pricing, there was no sales "dance" to try to bargain for a better deal, he just gave you the better deal! I got all the features I wanted in a car for a cheaper price! What more could I ask for! Thanks for everything Steven! Look forward to doing more business with you in the future! Shmuel P More
One of the best and easiest I've ever dealt with I am normally not one to write a review, good or bad. However the exerience I had while buying my new 2015 Sorento I felt I had to share. From the moment I walked in to the dealer I was greeted by one of the owners, which I was very surprised with, and offered coffee tea or water. (I must admit I took her up on the coffee and it was very good), From there I was introduced my salesperson Steven. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking and although they did not have the exact color I was looking for, they were more than willing to find me exact color I wanted. The negotiation of the deal were nothing less than what I would expect as this is not the first car I have bought, but in the end I was still able to get the car I wanted at the payment I was comfortable with. I would like to thank 401 Dixie Kia for all of their help and I love my new Sorento.. More

I came into your dealership looking to buy my first car (either a Rio or a Forte) with my father and we were greeted by Steven, a new sales person there (two weeks according to him). What ensued was an unpleasant experience to say the least. While I appreciate the car industry (sales specifically) is a skilled industry, the approach taken by Steven was very off-putting. From the assumption that the used car I would want was the Mazda 6 sitting in the lot or the Ford, to having or assuming that I would buy my car right then and there when a Forte did come in really turned what could have been a great experience into a negative one. In regards to the Forte that did come in, it was not what I was looking for. It had 10,000 more KM that I was looking for. The price point was the price point but 14,900 (I think) for a 2012 was a little steep in my opinion. As for the car itself, it was not clean in the trunk, there were small dents all over the car as well the interior smelt like a cigarette. All this after I was told it would be clean for me to test drive. As well the breaks needed work but that is something that would have been taken care of had I bought the car. Your sales person also seemed insulted when I said I would go look at other dealerships as I was still shopping the price. I ended up buying a Kia Rio in Markham for a better price with a much better experience. More
